Good service, especially when questions were sent in. Product (loft ladder) is very good and delivery was efficient.

Ordered the 4x3m grand pergola and noticed one of the boxes delivered was for a different model. I contacted BPS and they resolved within 24 hours and had the incorrect box swapped for the right one the next day, very impressed. It's a solid product, really happy with it and with the service. The instructions however were drawn by a mad man who hates everything and so if you are not practical then you will struggle to assemble this.

Worst experience I have ever had with purchasing online.
After BPS failed to dispatch the goods I have cancelled the order.
It is 2 weeks since cancellation and still no refund.
Avoid these at all cost.

Utter nonsense. There is no way a delivery company would keep the goods with them for 2 weeks, even if such goods have been collected. You are purely solving your cash flow issues on the back of customers!
I am sure your situation will improve significantly after the credit card issuer will intervene. And today is the deadline.

As expected just empty lies, now follow up, no refund!

Trade master pro purchased from them last year, fast & reliable service and a great price. Extra items ordered this week from them with great customer service support from Carly & the team A+++++

Bought the aluminum 4x3 deluxe pergola and soon discovered none of the fixings aligned properly making it impossible to construct.
I ended up having to call on a builder friend who had to rebuild with new fixings every corner and retap the supplied mounting plates.
It’s a shame there appears to be a fundamental problem assembling this as the actual quality is pretty good.
Until these issues are hopefully resolved I would strongly recommend avoiding this one.
To finish, I very rarely leave reviews but in this case wanted to avoid anyone else having the issues stated.
Update: received a call from Carly, was helpful and constructive, refunded the cost of the replacement fittings. Said my comments would be passed on to the tech team, so hopefully these design faults will be rectified for future customers.

I ordered the Home Master 2.5m extension package which promptly arrived however, when coming to actually use it I discovered both frames had been significantly damaged possibly during loading or transit.
Even though it was nearly a month later when I discovered the problem Carly@BPS was very helpful in replacing the damaged parts which were also dispatched on next day delivery.
Would definitely recommend using BPS for future purchases.

Recently bought a drop-down loft ladder (two section) off BPS complete with the spring loaded arms and access door.
For the money, they are first class. Relatively easy to install if you follow their instructions, they drop down and fold away effortlessly and the hatch door looks tidy and aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
Also refreshingly, BPS’ after sales service is as good as I’ve encountered.
A request for an extra handrail was dealt with and delivered literally the day after.
10/10. I’m now considering extension ladders from this great UK company.

I ordered the Premium Plus DIY 7m scaffold tower. Everything arrived promptly, and I was able to assemble it in a reasonable amount of time. The tower feels stable even at full height. I’d definitely recommend watching the assembly videos — they include some really useful tips.

The standout part of the whole experience came several weeks later, thanks to Carmela from their support team. I had an issue with a broken wing nut. emails back and forth were answered quickly and after I sent over a few photos to confirm the exact part, they sent out replacements free of charge, which was a very welcome surprise.

Spent £1750 with this company but I've had better service spending £17.50 on ebay.
It's OK offering next day delivery but what's the point when your order arrives with important components missing?? Shows how much there warehouse actually cares about orders sent out.
Been a nightmare since trying to get the missing items sorted,so just returning whole lot .

Carly was a superstar and resolved my issue in 30 seconds flat. What a result!

Bought premium plus DIY tower 7m with wheels. 875 pounds. It's basically a 5m + 2m extension tower. And yes the stabilising bars are included aswell. The higher you go the more wobbly it gets but I managed to replace whole guttering system in a day. It's much safer than using a heavy ladder. I can still use the tower for further projects and tasks.

After I ordered some scaffolding, it was delivered quickly, but unfortunately, part of it was damaged. When I contacted the customer service for support with this Carly took my call and she was absolutely excellent. She understood immediately what the problem was and made swift and efficient actions to put it right she was courteous and friendly and professional at all times. It was an absolute pleasure to have such service in this world of AI robots and people reading off scripts Carlie couldn’t have been further from that as she was very real very human very efficient and took care of everything while displaying a helpful and supportive manner. It made a massive difference in my view of this company and she is an absolute credit to it thank you. 

So I urgently needed a ladder so looked at all the options and decided to go with BPS with next day delivery. I called the number on the website on Sunday morning and was told that the Trade master pro 3 12 rung ladder is in stock and the quickest way to order it is by putting the order in online for a delivery on Tuesday. I did that but got an email on Monday morning telling me that the ladder is out of stock. I called them and was told that it was a mistake the ladder is not in stock so I chose the 11 rung Trade master pro 3 combi ladder which was in stock for delivery on Tuesday as next day delivery. Now its Tuesday and I am receiving another email to say there are issues with delivery and unfortunately the ladder will not be delivered today. I did read one review which mentioned that significantly delayed delivery and I didn't think much of it. Take heed, you have been warned.

Another side point is that the new ladder which I opted for is cheaper but I have received an invoice with the old price on there rather than the refund I was told about over the phone.

-Was considering buying a scaffold tower from this company but their first response was that they don't have the various towers available for viewing.
-Spoke to someone else afterwards who said that they did have the towers but they were difficult to get to so to phone back on the morning that I wanted to view them so they could be prepared for viewing in the afternoon.
-Phoned back on the morning of viewing to be told that they had a lot of deliveries arriving so it's not going to happen.
-No apology for being messed around, no attempt to arrange another time to view the product before potentially spending hundreds or thousands of pounds. Can't imagine what they must be like to deal with if you need to use the lifetime guarantee. Needless to say, I won't be buying anything from them to find out.

Great range of quality products available for next day delivery or collection. Helpful knowledgeable staff on the phone and on-site. Will definitely use again.
