If I could give zero I would
If I could give zero I would. My 86 year old mother was high pressured into purchasing the unit. They told her one price and charged another. They called late at night to activate. She was exhausted and said yes. The next morning she called to cancel. She was charged a non-refundable 248 dollars as a set up fee for 24 hours. She returned the equipment and refused to waive the 248 dollar set up fee. Watch out they prey on the elderly! They are relentless in their scare/sales tactics.
