It was after 5 pm on a Wednesday, didn’t think I’d get to talk to someone after work day hours. My husband and I were quickly connected with Timothy and he was friendly and explained everything thoroughly, answered our questions and we even shared stories. We placed our order tonight without hesitation. Life Alert will give not only peace of mind for my husband and I but for my mother, too. We enjoyed talking with Timothy, if he is an example of someone who’ll answer when my mom pushes the button, then I know she’ll have nothing to worry about.
