Nancy made purchasing this very important tool for our mother's continued health care, a pleasant and satisfying experience. I told 3 different people on 3 different phone calls that we did NOT want to pay the $32 for the shipping-that we wanted the free standard shipping. The $32 shipping fee is on her contract. My mother-in-law is on a fixed income! I talked to the billing dept. and asked them to reverse this charge. The tech on the phone, Martin, said it is a non-refundable fee. That is not acceptable considering I told THREE different people that we did not want to pay for shipping! This fee needs to be credited back to my mother-in-law asap. Her name is Sally Warrick.
