Friendly caring customer care and service. I did not know I was receiving 3 devices. Set up was easy and support staff were wonderful. All English speaking staff.

They were complete and to the point. The only part I had was the box for the GPS was remand should probably said GPS. The instructions were rather quick and I had to move around the house to stage the systems. Annette could never have kept up with the way instructions were given.

Nancy Lake is awesome! She explained the program services and equipment in incredible detail. She emailed information and a picture of the equipment so we could review and discuss with our elderly mother. This action enabled a thorough conversation with mom and Q&A session with Nancy. Nancy answered every question we had completely. Nancy is very patient, polite and listens well. Nancy is also very engaging and provided excellent customer service. The Life Alert company has an excellent reputation and pricing. Nancy shared background on Life Alert and what services and benefits the company offers a client and their family. After much discussion, and signing on with Life Alert, Nancy made herself available to us if we had additional questions or needed assistance at any time. Nancy made purchasing this very important tool for our mother's continued health care, a pleasant and satisfying experience. Although mom's equipment is in process of being shipped, our mother, and us as a family, are already feeling a sense of relief and comfort. Thank you Nancy Lake and Life Alert!

Bad customer service
I told 3 different people on 3 different phone calls that we did NOT want to pay the $32 for the shipping-that we wanted the free standard shipping. The $32 shipping fee is on her contract. My mother-in-law is on a fixed income! I talked to the billing dept. and asked them to reverse this charge. The tech on the phone, Martin, said it is a non-refundable fee. That is not acceptable considering I told THREE different people that we did not want to pay for shipping! This fee needs to be credited back to my mother-in-law asap. Her name is Sally Warrick.
