Terry Michael made the initial call for information very easy to understand. He explained all of the details of product, pricing, benefits, and answered all of my questions. He was informative without being pushy which I appreciated, since I had just begun exploring what my parents needed. I received a catalog quickly to share with my parents. The follow up calls with the company were prompt and courteous.

We had the product for my wife who is a heart patient, and in 2021 we needed it to work like it did during the tests we're told to do now and then, my wife had a very serious heart attack and no one answered the device. My phone was completely shut down and I had to wait for the phone to come back on which with the cheap cellphone I had took a long time. When the phone was finally available to use I had to call 911 and when they got there the people on the Life Alert system still hadn't responded. My wife ended up having to get a pacemaker installed. I don't believe she's would have needed that pacemaker if the person working for you would've be doing their job and answered like promised. I'm extremely upset and you ought to be glad I did sue you. When I called about it all I was told is to mail it back, no apology at all. And I had to pay for it to be mailed back. Again it happened before the earliest calendar date you provide in the review.
