Every thing went great but when we was doing the testing my mother got ignored and nervous, waiting on them to reply. The response time was too long.

Set up was easy and I was talked through each step. Everything was explained and questions answered.

We contacted life alert from a TV add after my 92 yr old dad had a fall. We talked to an outstanding agent, Bob Grifka, who walked us through the whole system and tailored it to our needs.
The unit came very fast in the mail and upon receiving it, Bob told us to call him and he would help us get it going. That was very helpful for my dad. We were also connected to the dispatch to test the equipment and inside and out and answer any questions. They were beyond friendly and helpful. We took the time and really cared.
My dad also received a call back from them to set up more details.
The equipment is top notch and the fact that the battery does not ever need charging was a very important detail for my dad. Just something else he didn't have to remember to do.
We feel the company is top notch and that my father is in good hands if anything happens.
