I have never in my life conducted…

I have never in my life conducted business with an incompetent company. For two in a roll we have miss appointments. The lies they tell are unbelievable. Instead of saying that they have a driver, I would have respect the truth, they do not have one. We could of made other arrangements. Still waiting for supervisor to call, that's been an hour ago. Give Lyft or Uber the business!

I am not only reviewing LogistiCare but also HUMANA for having them as their transport for medicare patients. I am currently having to travel for chemo weekly and end up having to order a Lyft or Uber to continue my treatment. I have abt 15 complaints directed to Logisticare and Humana. Some appts were flat out missed and the Dr office charged me 50.00 no show fee even after calling w/explanation. Neither of these entities reimburse me for the +100 out of pocket for my last 2 chemo treatments. Stay away is my caution...if I could give a minus 5 star I would

Excessively Sorry Service

There have been times when drivers showed up too late or not at all. When a patient is late or misses an appointment due to lack of transportation their case is closed out and they lose the doctor or phycility. I have been picked up too early at times and had to wait outside due to place not being open yet, on other early pick ups I was late and lost the appointment even after being picked up so early. I have had to wait in the vehicle while another rider was inside taking a shower, also making me miss an appointment. I have lost 2 new doctors and 1 current doctor because of issues outside of my control. I have been talked to so rudely my modivcare phone schedulers. Things that were a drivers fault, I was blamed. They will over crowd vehicles to the point you can't set comfortably or safely. Things need to go back to private carriers, all rides scheduled by persons local dss office and only 1 client being transported with any attendant if necessary. They discuss other clients with clients which is a violation of clients rights. Changing the name and a few drivers doesn't make the company better. If I didn't have to use them I wouldn't.

This is the most unfriendly, uncaring, group of telephone customer service representatives I have ever encountered in my life! Where do they get these people from? Awful experience! Can I rate them a -O?

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Modivcare/Logisticare only changed its name. It's still the most unprofessional, incompetent unreliable company ever. They'll lie to you saying you have a driver, and day before trip, they'll say they was unable to secure you a driver. I schedules almost 30days ahead, but still no driver. They request 24hr notice if we cancel but they said they have until 6am the day of trip to find a ride. Then expects me to find someone to drive me 50 miles for $14 & change. Of course they say it's only 46 miles. If you send for gas reimbursement, it's usually denied for something that has nothing to do with you. For instance they said they sent a Lyft for me, well I never rode a Lyft a day in my life. So trip wasn't paid. I wish we could cancel contract with them for a reliable, caring company. These people do not care

This company is horrible does not pay enough for the work that you do. They do not appreciate you or your work. Worked here for a year was not worth it. I was so stressed working at this job. Need more pay & better management.

There should be a zero star option to review this company. They are taking advantage of transportation providers and the clients. Insurance companies should look for other Medicaid brokers if they really care about their members. There are other brokers that perform way better than modivcare.

This is a very sorry company

This is a very sorry company! Unprofessional, no communication, I had to skip my Dr. Appointment as a result of my driver no show! Had to wait weeks on another appointment.I was abandoned at the hospital for 6 hours because the driver wouldn't Waite a few seconds for me to come from the lobby! I was sitting by the window, I saw her driving up,as I made my way through the revolving door I saw her cruzin a long, she never stopped!! I called Modivcare about 5x was promised a new driver, it never happened,all I got after that was promises and lies! I had to pay someone to come and get me!

If I could leave no stars I would

If I could leave no stars I would. They scheduled my mother in law a ride to her doctors appointment which also would need a ride home. When she called to be picked up they told her that hadn't been scheduled and would have to find another way home. I proceeded to call and was told her ride would be there at 330pm. It is now almost 630pm and my mother has been told and I have been told 4 times her ride is on its way and still never showed up. She is disabled and having appointments for a surgery she needs for a bad back and they left her sitting waiting for over 3 hours and jusy never showed up. We were not able to as we were out of town. The reps on the phone were terrible and this isn't the first time things have been Terrible. Worst company ever and should be sued for making disabled people left to figure out a ride because they don't want to show up as arranged. Makes me sick!!

Terrible

Terrible! Unreliable. My mom cannot up and down the stairs and miss several appointments due to miscommunication. Notes left unread so transportation shows up unprepared. This last ride, the driver said some rude things in front of my mom. I was in tears when I reached home. If I could fly, I would take my mom to her appointments.

Can you believe this I'm filing another review on 11. 11 2021 I had an appt rx blood urine 5 days in advance MY APPT YESTERDAY AGAIN NO ONE SHOWED NO CALLS UPON CALLING I WAS TOLD 10 MINS AGAIN 94 MINS STILL NO CALL NO SHOW NOW IV MISSED 11 APPTS 9 WEEKS TERRIBLE TERRIBLE NO EXCUSE I'VE NOW BEEN LET GO FROM THE SURGERY DR ,CENTER QUOTE YOU DON'T HAVE RELIABLE CAR TRANS WE CANT KEEP RE SCUDULING SIR BECAUSE OF MOTIVCARE & BAD SERVICE THEY GIVE ITS WRONG TO DO TO SOMEONE !!

Disgusting drivers mean and rude

Disgusting drivers mean and rude. Smart mouthed they don’t care if you on your dieting bed as long as they pick up all they rides and meet the quote. With this raggedy ass van and they nosy ass riders. I don’t want anyone to know where I live they are not discreet. People be on the death bed trying to seek medical attention movi care will let you die before they get you there on time

They can't find the address half the time the drivers are always late had to reschedule my appointment four different times because they can't show up on time and had to reschedule my appointment and a couple of times because I couldn't find the address even after I gave them directions multiple different ways you'd be better off finding a ride or having your own their drivers don't do their job right

If I could I would give this company a negative 0, they give you a "15 minute grace period" saying they will "pick you up"15 minutes before or 15 minutes after the pick up time. Instead the show up 30 minutes after making you late to your appointment. I had to pay for my own taxis or take public transportation plenty of times. I am disabled.

But it was my fault I called my Medicaid transportation not my insurance transportation never using y’all again. I deleted y’all off my contacts for pick.nyall just good for making ppl late for appointments then there fees for late. I’m trying access to care now. I’m trying save on gas from my place to dentist

Movicare formerly known as Logisticare or whatever care does not care at all. I don't even know why I even file grievances at all but My husband says they have plenty of toilet paper around there cause all they do is wipe their butt's with those grievances. I'm starting to believe him, LOL.

Three hours to get picked up because they did not have a wheelchair van available

They came early to pick me up.They told my CNA if they leave they will not come back.My appt was at 12:45 pm I got at the office at 11:55pm.My doctor was nice and and saw me at 12:20. And done at 1pm.I call UnitedHealth transportation and let them know I was picked up early and my appointment was done early can you call my transportation to pick me up.One hour want I called again UnitedHealth transportation and they said a driver will be coming to pick me up.Now I am in serious pain another hour goes by so it’s two hours call you know healthcare transportation and the representative tells me they have no wheelchair van available to pick me up and they may have to come with a vehicle not equipped for a wheelchair. I’m like what do you mean they took me here with the van and I’m in a wheelchair I know I’m not the only one in my area that’s in a wheelchair so now I’m getting mad anxiety freaking out he said just wait and the van will be coming and I was like a wheelchair van right I couldn’t get a straight answer. The third hour I call and the driver showed up when I was on the phone wheelchair van came. Through this ordeal I made five phone calls to United healthcare transportation to get a ride home ,I knew the driver and he felt so sorry he kept apologizing even though it’s not his fault it’s the company they give the drivers our names at the last moment I feel sorry for them Because the people who run the company make they Employees so stress because they are constantly adding people to their list at last minutes.The employee Apologize and say they call them when they was in Stuart a hour away to pick me up.This not first time one time it was the representative from UnitedHealth care transportation I was going for chemo and they only put in for drop but no pick up. One of the employees didn’t want me to be there because everyone was going home he called united healthcare transportation and they told him I will have to wait to11pm to mevpick up.The employee couldn’t believe it.He finally found a card for wheelchair van taxi.It cost 20.00 dollar for 15 min drive but he was my angel he even pay the driver to take me home. It sucks I didn’t ask for primary progressive multiple sclerosis but have to fight to get home after the doctors it should not happen.Why cause else more stress on people who are not well.They are supposed to help else to go to our doctors should only wait 30 min the most to be pick up.They should not be picking else up early knowing we will have to wait our turn,
