Zero stars

Zero stars. They made me miss two doctor appointments in a row. Both times, their excuse was the same when I called to ask where my ride was. Their excuse: "The driver was there to pick you up and tried calling you. You didn't answer the phone, so the driver left."
Then I tell them that "I have been standing outside with my phone in my hand. NOBODY WAS HERE TO PICK ME UP, NOBODY CALLED ME!" Then their response is the same as usual: "We can send another driver, but it might take up to 3 hours for the driver to arrive."
Well, what good does that do me when my doctor will be closed by the time the driver picks me up to see my doctor? These are serious doctor appointments that these drivers are failing to pick me up for! This is not a joke!
Get with the program and stop lying to me, Logisticare/Modivcare!

I wish you had a zero star rating

I wish i did not have to give 1 star your company left me at drs for 8 hrs and after numerous calls and promises of a supervisor calling me back which never happened Stellar God bless them had to come get me i will be making complaints to Tallahassee the news channel here and talking to an attorney. This is a case of elder abuse, Neglect and is totally wrong i called driver after appt. He told me he was otw n never showed up your company can never make this right but i am gonna try to own this company when i get done

This transportation company is horrible…

This transportation company is horrible because my mom missed 2 appointments since the transportation never arrived. The transportation used by this company is cheap since they use yellow cab. These cars are disgusting and have a bad smell. drivers don't want to wear a mask.

If I could give zero 0 stars I would. 1 star is too many for this organization. The driver is using the GPS as well as me directing him. And he still goes the wrong way. Telling me he’s using the GPS. They’re unprofessional! They were 1 hour and 25 mins late. They arrived with a miniature wheelchair, too small for me to use. The hospital was nice and allowed LGTC to take one of theres in replacement. I’ve used LGTC in the pass to get to Chemotherapy treatment and the service was the same “horrible”. This driver is inexperienced he’s having issues staying in and out of the lanes. And having trouble keeping up with the speed limit. He keeps getting wedged in between the trucks. This is TOO SCARY once I’m safe and stationed I will be sending this to their manager. I’m sick and should not have had to endure any of this turmoil. He’s rude when speaking to me very dismissive he ignores me. Exactly how we got lost b/c I said you’re going the wrong way and he said I’m following the GPS I said yea the wrong way. Now I have an extra 26 mins to my drive to ride in excruciating pain and uncomfortableness. DO NOT EVER USE

Exposing Angel's Transportation llc

Hello my name is Kevin lopez I've been riding with Angel's Transportation llc out of turlock ca through logistic care for 1 1/2 years I decided to end it yesterday because I would always get a phone call from fabian the partner owner of Angel's Transportation llc telling me my pick up time for the next following morning it never was the same pick up time like I had requested from logistic care also he would have me picked up then it's off to picking up two other people we would drop them off to dialysis then take me to my appointment since it's in and out for me after I would get back in the care it's off to another town picking up 2-3 other people taking them to aegis methadone clinic waiting 15-45 minutes for them to dose and taking them back home finally after all this I would be taken home my appointment is only 16 miles from my house I am only 3 minutes in and out a ride that should only take 40-45 minutes takes up to 3 plus hours because he wants to fit as many people in the care on one single trip which isn't allowed by logistic care ride policy there is not suppose to be doubling up on rides being covid-19 is around angel Transportation llc is putting alot of us at risk of catching covid not just us who needs the ride but also the family members we come back home too ! I hope logistic care and others in stanislaus county reads this Angel's Transportation llc is bending the rules big time behind logistic cares back

Logisticare is Absolutely…

Logisticare is Absolutely Unprofessional, always making me late for appointments! Staywell Insurance was using MTM (which has impeccable and prompt service) & Staywell Insurance switched to Logisticare as of February 01, 2021 and has consecutively made me late or miss Medical appointments! Horrible Transportation Service, Horrible Customer Service! This is unacceptable as this is my medical health not a trip shopping to the Mall!

If I could give this company a negative or no star rating I would. Logisticare sent an UBER driver to pick up my mentally and physically disabled wheelchair bound brother from Cedars in Portland to bring him back to his home ten minutes away. Wheel chair transport was requested from Cedars as my brother has atypical Parkinson's and cannot stand up on his own. The driver showed up in a nasty little prius and The Cedars allowed him to take my brother after stuffing him into the vehicle. Shame on Cedars as that will be another review. This company should be out of business.

Being a FORMER independent driver…

Being a FORMER independent driver through Logisticare I don't suggest ANYONE go through them for your transportation needs. They will lie about a driver showing up at a certain time. If I could give them -500 stars I would. They are a joke !!!!!

Bad and beyond bad

Bad and beyond bad! I file a formal complaint to sunflower about this company who happens to blame the delay and no shows on the drivers when honestly they aren’t responsible to manage the schedule. My father (blind/handicapped) had been left at the appointment facility and never picked up. Called the LogistiCare number and they claimed we cancel the ride!!!! This year 2021 I’ll switching to a different insurance plan just bcs of LogistiCare transportation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY DONT YOU DARE TO TRSUT YOUR LOVE ONES. I submitted a formal complaint and supposed to be under investigation. Never heard back from anyone.

They (logistic care) are notorious…

They (logistic care) are notorious late, if they show up at all, or leave after less then a 5 minute wait without the patient, They lie about the ride delay with the non excuse, ‘The driver is stuck in traffic’

I have waited from an hour to 3 & 1/2 hours for supposedly a ‘long standing appointment’ along with all of the above!!!

So do yourself a favor and take any transportation company other than Logicare. Better yet, walk if you are able.

Oh my this company was so bad last year…

Oh my this company was so bad last year and it just continues. ....They don't send bus passes and the right amount like they should then the complaint dept. even screws up. No call backs. I never got my 2nd bus pass in time!!!I ordered 2!! Drivers have not shown. 1 night in the cold driver never showed and it was dark and I was with my young son. Had to figure out how to get back. Nothing was done about this. Complaints go nowhere and they don't tell your insurance to sign for gas so that's a hassle. Took me 15 min to get a sig. at recent Dr. visit.
