Biggest scam going . How do you contact relevant authorities to shut this thieves down. There disgusting rip off merchants.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
The quality is absolutely terrible!
They are not honouring their Return Policy.
No communication after trying to offer a 10% discount for me to keep purchased items.
Comes from China - not within Australia as per their website.
AVOID AT ALL COST

The quality of the item are cheap, they are coming from the same provider as Temu or Shein, but you pay 10x the price. Items are not labelled and comes in cheap plastic bags, like with temu, shein..
Then, when you want to return the item and get a refund, they tell you, that it will have to be international return, as the warehouse is in china, with high cost, and they propose you a partial refund of 10% !! This is a SCAM. Do not buy from this website.

Do not buy from this place. They are a scam. The sweaters I bought from here is completely different from advertised. They advertised it as thick, warm wool but in actual reality: they are cheap thin acrylic sweater. Super small and short.

The dress I received was a complete disaster. Not only did it lack a label, but the material was also very cheap. Considering the price, I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, this store seems to be deceiving its customers, and I would strongly advise against making any purchases from them.

I am based in Australia. This company states it is based in Melbourne. I purchased an item for $57.95 only to discover it was being shipped from China, first red flag. Finally receive it 2 weeks later for it not to fit. I did measure before ordering to avoid having to return. The size I discovered is not a true fit to size & runs slightly smaller. It was tried on over under garments incase of needing to return. I asked to return for a full refund & this was their response.

"As a courtesy, we would like to offer you a solution that works for you, and we would like to present you with two alternative options:
A refund equal to 15% of the total order value - no need to return the item.
A voucher code equal to 40% of the total order value, which you can use to place a new order for an item of your choice from our collection. You may keep, give away, or sell the item received.

Option 1: A 15% refund?? Are you kidding me!? And then I have to go through the hassle of trying to resell?? Um no!!
A 40% refund having to go through the same process again each time losing 10% off the value....I don't think so.
This is NOT ok.

Shein is based in China & even their return policy is exceptional compared to this.

Do not be fooled by the slick social media ads or the polished website. Lume is nothing more than a bottom-tier dropshipping front run by people who clearly value a quick buck over basic human decency or business ethics.

Here is the reality of "buying" from them:

The Bait and Switch: They advertise high-quality, premium products, but what actually arrives (weeks or months late) is a cheap, flimsy knock-off that looks like it was fished out of a clearance bin in a factory basement.

The Shipping Lie: They claim to have local stock or fast shipping. This is a blatant lie. Your package is coming from halfway across the world via the slowest possible courier, and they will go silent the moment they have your money.

Non-Existent Support: If you try to get a refund for the junk they sent you, prepare to be "ghosted." Their customer service is a black hole of automated replies and broken promises. They make the return process so difficult and expensive that they hope you’ll just give up.

Verdict: These people are lying scumbags who profit off deception. They aren't a brand; they are a middleman for garbage. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. Buy from a reputable company that actually owns the inventory they sell.

I recently purchased the women’s lightweight button-up jacket and was extremely disappointed. The product looks nothing like the images online. The material feels cheap and unpleasant, which is not what I expected for a $90 item.
Sizing was also completely off—I even bought a size up, yet it was so tight I could barely cross my arms without feeling like it might tear.
It’s frustrating because the jacket looks great online, but in reality it feels like something from a bargain shop. Definitely not worth the price.
I also bought the women's crew neck long sweater for $80 and not the best quality either.
I spent alot of money only to be devastated.

Buyer Beware!! Images do not match product. The website product images must be AI generated as the product was EXTREMELY POOR quality and nothing like the website images. Products are shipped from China, not Australia. Customer service was very polite, however offering only 20% or 30% refund for a misrepresented product is illegal under Australian consumer law. I would not recommend you purchase from this company until they are honest with their product images. Much improvement in product quality needed.

I am totally convinced ...it is a really impressive Label. I was looking for a cream woollen jumper and this one appeared online reduced from I think $115 to about $59 . It seemed exactly what I wanted and bought it ;than horror of horror I realised it "was one of those stores " 'will I ever learn thinks me' and waited for the parcel to arrive which it did today .WOW it's beautiful..fits perfectly is genuinely pure fine wool and it look perfect.I'm going to have another look !

I purchased a jacket and it was terrible quality. No lining in it and not worth $95. I asked for a refund and they continued to offer me a 30% refund and then a 70% partial refund.
I would never purchase from this website again.

Emailed them about a delay and they got back within a few hours with a full update. Really nice to deal with a brand that actually responds properly!

I purchased an item and does not match the images from the website. Friendly emails, however , when l requested a refund and return the product, l was advised this must be returned overseas and not local and at a cost. Considering the product did not match as per the site, l was disappointed, they offered a partial credit and to keep the item that cannot be worn. They also have a rerun policy stating a cost is incurred, l was not charged a delivery fee at the time of purchase. Do not purchase from this site.

Do not purchase from this brand, they are scammers. I ordered a sweater a couple of sizes larger than my regular, for a loose fit. The item I received is laughably tiny. The fabric is thin and itchy and looks nothing like sweater from the photo on their site - the colours don't match, the fit is short and tight and if you look at the stitching it looks totally different. When I contacted them to return the item for a refund, they said I had to ship it to their overseas warehouse and that the cost is so high it's not worth it, so they offered me a 20% refund or store credit. When I pointed out this is illegal, as the item is not as described they are required to refund me and foot the bill for the return shipping, they continued to argued and refused a full refund. I have done a chargeback with visa. It's clear this is their scam, to misrepresent high quality items online and then send cheaply made, poor quality items mass produced overseas and then refuse to refund. TRUST ME, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I think the positive reviews for this shop might be fake, as I was shocked when my item rocked up. The coat looks like it’s made in a cheap sweatshop in a third world country and looks nothing like the image on the website. It’s made from see through cheap cotton that looks like a bed sheet. There are several loose threads, the button holes are frayed and the item is quite frankly not wearable.

When I asked for a return/refund, I was told that they could only give a 20% refund and I had to keep the item because the shipping costs for the return are too expensive. I said I was happy to get a full refund and pay the return fees, but the customer service team then told me again they could give me a 30% refund, and then again a 50% refund.

So for whatever reason they do not want me sending the item back, and do not want to provide a full refund or return address . Very disappointing as the item wasn’t cheap!

I always had trouble finding pants that fit me properly, they were always either too tight or too loose and it drove me crazy. A friend told me to try Lume De Label because they usually have a really good fit so I just ordered and honestly she was right. These pants fit so well around my waist and thighs I was actually shocked haha. If you struggle with this too you REALLY need to try their pants!

I always find it tricky to order clothes online,, but this shop looked so good that I gave it a go and I’m glad I did! The size charts were spot on and the quality is honestly great, super happy with it!!

I wasn’t sure which size to pick for a top I wanted, so I just sent them an email and they replied straight away which was really nice. They were super friendly and the way they helped felt really personal, and the size they recommended fits perfectly now. You honestly don’t get customer service this friendly very often anymore!

Since a few weeks Lumedelabel has been my favorite online brand!! They are up to date with the latest trends and the quality is amazingggg. I would definitely recommend this brand!
