Luxury Pet Taxi Ltd Avis

Me and Oria were in need of urgent transport. Martin kindly agreed to drive us the following morning! Fantastic service, felt cared for throughout our journey from Folkestone to Calais.
Thank you so much!!💖

From getting a quote, to the booking and planning, Monica was amazing. She gave me all the information I needed from vet visits and passport checks to what I could pack for food for Tammy. Greg drove us both ways and was fantastic and flexible with my dog’s toilet break stops. He even stopped at a supermarket for me when we arrived in the evening in the UK so I could stock my fridge and looked after my dog while I shopped. Hands down a seamless and painless way to travel with your pet. Plus my dog liked him and was happy to hang with him whenever I needed a bathroom break. I cannot recommend them enough.

A highly professional and empathetic service offered by Luxury Pet Taxi. Monika provided an exemplary level of information, communications and support as this was my first use of the service.
Martin the driver was extremely kind and caring toward my pet- his vehicle was very comfortable, and whilst luxurious was an appropriate cehuckectgat I could access comfort my as my pet and I struggle with suv and the estate offered ideal access.

The best company to travel with if you want a comfortable journey for your pet! Greg was absolutely amazing, friendly, professional, and treated my dog like it was his own: with love and care. The car was very comfortable too, I was almost upset the trip was over once we arrived in UK!
Highly recommended

We made a very last minute booking due to our vehicle breaking down in the south of France and having to get back to the UK with our dog was providing difficult unless we took a ferry with our dog being put in a cage (we couldn’t put him through that for 3 hours). We found Luxury Pet Taxi on Google, we dealt with Monika and she was very efficient in replying to us and provided us with all the information that we needed. Our driver Jacob was also fantastic, he was very patient, polite and a down to earth person. We had lovely chats with him and he was great with our dog Bailey. Would definitely recommend the Luxury Pet Taxi.

My boyfriend and I traveled from south of France to London with our shih tzu Sem.
We were bit nervous because of course is hard to trust someone found online, but I have to say was the best thing I’ve done.
Since we called I felt they was super professional from the first second, they helped me with my moving and some knowledge about travel document for pet.
They have been literally a miracle in our life as we were so stressed about the moving.
Thanks to make our journey that easy, that comfortable, Grag is such a nice guy super polite, super kind, nice to chat with.
I have no words to explain how good this company and service can be.
TRUST THEM !!!!!
Thank you
Thank you

Monika was fantastic helping me arrange a trip to collect a cat accompanied by my son. She was extremely responsive to messages and kept me up to date on the drivers journey. The start point was Turkey and Luxury Pet Taxi collected them from Paris off a flight. She booked the Shuttle for me and they kept an eye on flight arrivals so seeing it was early arrived early at Paris CDG. The whole service was extremely efficient. Recommend to anyone needing to export a pet into the UK from Europe.

I recently used Luxury Pet Taxis to move from Switzerland to the Peak District with my two cats.

The communication beforehand from Monika was excellent - she answered all of my questions very quickly.

The driver, Greg, was friendly and helpful, and kept us all comfortable through the long trip back.

I was initially worried about making payment up-front based on an unfamiliar webpage, but the bank account matched the company registered with Companies House, which reassured me. There were no problems at all.

I’m hoping not to have to do any international moves for a while but if I do I will definitely travel with them again!

We have just moved with our pets from London to Tuscany. Thank you so much Monika for making all the arrangements for a smooth trip and Greg for driving us safely to our destination. We’ve had a very comfortable trip and are grateful for all the attention to detail and your knowledge of the route. Our dog is a nervous traveller and this was the best solution for us and it worked out perfectly as he managed to relax in the spacious car. Our cat was able to come out of his carrier and relax on his blanket. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is planning to travel abroad with their pets!

Greg has delivered on a fantastic service to relocate me and my Labrador Simba from Oxfordshire to Veenendaal in the Netherlands. Simba had lots of space treats and water available and was treated like a true king throughout the journey. Definite recommendation from me, thank you Greg you have made the journey flawless.

Very happy that we picked this company for bringing our little dog back home to London. Very precise with timings, very nice, a great driver, and overly a great experience completely stress free. Would highly recommend !!!
Thank you for such a great trip home :)))

Excellent company . Great communication from start to finish .
A 1000km trip with 3 animals was not something we were looking forward to undertaking but it was very smooth, the animals were very comfortable.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

I have used Luxury Pet Taxi twice now and will happily use them again and again! Greg and Monika have good reason to be proud of their business - they provide the most amazing customer service; friendly, helpful and incredibly accommodating. I had some issues with my flights and needed to rearrange a few things, they were so helpful and communicative and made sure the pickups went smoothly. Nothing was a problem for them - they took all the stress away. Their vehicles are indeed luxury, and absolutely spotless; you'd never know an animal had ever been in them! Greg is a very safe driver, he stopped when we needed to, provided water and snacks (and treats!) and was so sweet to my dog. Honestly, I wish I could give them 100 stars. Thank you Greg and Monika and hope to see you again soon!

We did the trip from Colchester to Toulouse. It went really well, we made frequent stops, we were well looked after by our driver . A very good trip with this service. We would definitely recommend it and do it again.

The essential part of Frida‘s (Maine Coon) and my “big move” - the journey from Lincoln to Hamburg - was made so much easier by Monica’s efficient planning and Greg’s calm and confident driving. Both were incredibly kind and helpful.

Monika could not have been more accommodating from our very first contact and throughout our communication all the arrangements were simple and straightforward. We travelled from Athens to Brussels with our two cats, where a delightful driver 'Martin' met us and drove us to North Norfolk. I would recommend Luxury Pet Taxi to anyone considering this option to return to the UK with pets. A Five Star Service.

I can’t say enough kind words about Monika and Greg. My little girl travelled from Belgium back to the uk with them in style. From the first time I spoke to Monika until they dropped off Poppy they were first class. Making sure all the documents were correct, ensuring Poppy was comfortable and happy at all times and regularly updating me as to how they were getting on and what Poppy was getting up to. Of you need someone to care for your fury loved ones as you would, then these are the guys you need in your life.
Monika & Greg, thank you for all you have done for Poppy!

Thank you so much for a flawless and comfortable transfer of our three cats from Paris to London this weekend.

The service was impeccable, the vehicle clean and spacious for us, the cats and several large suitcases.

Greg is a very seasoned driver who instills full confidence in his driving and experience with transporting and ‘importing’ pets within various countries.

Prior to the trip, we had been nervous about the transfer, but Monika’s quick responses to our questions and Greg’s expertise really made this into a very pleasant experience.

We have no plans to be moving anytime soon again but we will definitely use this service again, if needed.

Thank you!

Fantastic service. Monika was efficient, on the ball, and super helpful. We were in safe hands with Constantin the whole time, and he kept me calm even when we ran into paperwork issues and had to rush to the vet.
Highly recommended. So glad I went with them.

I had a great experience with this luxury pet taxi service from Paris to London! Vio, our driver, was incredibly friendly and professional. He reached out the day before to confirm details and was in constant communication the day of my flight, which was such a relief after a long journey. When I couldn’t find the meeting spot outside the airport, Vio went above and beyond by helping me locate him—he even came to where I was standing after I sent a video. The drive was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free, both for me and my dog. Vio made the entire trip enjoyable, and I couldn’t recommend this service enough for anyone traveling with a pet. Five stars all the way!
