I recently used this pet taxi service to transport my dog from Calais to London, and I couldn't be more impressed! From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and comforting for both me and my pet.

The booking process was straightforward, thanks to Monika as she kept me updated every step of the way. They were very clear about all the necessary documentation, which made me feel at ease knowing everything was in order for the trip.

The driver Greg was incredibly kind and gentle with my dog, ensuring that my pet was comfortable throughout the entire journey.

The vehicle was spotless and spacious, with plenty of room for me, my mom and my dog to relax. It was clear that the service takes great care in prioritising pet safety and well-being. Arriving in London was a breeze.

Overall, I highly recommend this service to anyone needing safe, reliable, and compassionate transport for their pets. Thank you Greg and Monika for providing such a wonderful experience.

Can’t go better than that, the best and smoothest ride, service, and experience with Luxury Pet Taxi Ltd. We decided to go from the airport in Paris to our London flat with our Bella the dachshund, and we can confidently say that it was a truly exceptional experience.
From the very start, the professionalism of the service stood out. The ride was not only comfortable but also thoroughly enjoyable, with a smooth journey from city to city. Our driver, Greg, who is also the owner, displayed a courteous and friendly demeanour, which made the trip even more pleasant.
The customer service team is lightning-fast in their prompt response to our arrangements, ensuring everything went smoothly.
We highly recommend Luxury Pet Taxi Ltd to anyone seeking reliable, professional, and joyful transportation. This top-notch service has genuinely exceeded our expectations. See ya again soon!

I cannot thank Luxury Pet Taxi enough for helping us with our relocation. From start to finish the whole experience with them was absolutely fantastic. Monika was so friendly yet extremely professional and efficient. Greg was a brilliant driver and took all the stress out of our journey with his expert knowledge of how everything worked at the euro tunnel. Our pups loved him too! I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again or recommending them to anyone! Truly exceptional service. Thank you both so much.

We got in touch with Luxury Pet Taxi after our previous taxi had to cancel on us. Monika was super helpful in providing details around the trip and comfort in regards to the space available for all our luggage plus our dogs.

Our journey was from London to Frankfurt airport before jumping on a plane to USA. Our driver Greg was great, made us feel at ease and super knowledgable on timings of everything and helped us get through pet reception at Folkestone in a breeze.

The car was a large high spec people carrier with ample space for all our luggage (we were moving to America), our dog crate and still plenty of space for our dogs to sprawl out on the floor.

We will be travelling back and forth from the USA and will be using Luxury Pet Taxi in a heart beat when we bring our dogs back. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

We recently travelled from London to Paris with Luxury Per Travel, and the service was simply impeccable. The staff were incredibly attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly.

One of the highlights was the outstanding support they provided during our dog’s immigration process. They guided us through every step, making what could have been a stressful experience completely seamless.

From start to finish, the service was top-notch, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Luxury Per Travel to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality travel experience.

Luxury pet taxi provided me and my cat with a professional friendly and reliable service transporting us from the netherlands to the UK all the way in car through the euro tunnel in a nice luxury mercedes the cat was also allowed to sit on the back seat aswell which was much less stressful then being in a transport bag the whole time , Monika and gregg arranged things and answered all the questions I had. Cannot recommend this service highly enough to anyone travelling to and from abroad with pets.

I had a great experience with Luxury Pet Taxi. Organizing my trip with them was straightforward and the price was the better than the other quotes I received. Communication leading up to the trip was clear and helpful, and Greg was a safe and friendly driver. All in all they made what could’ve been a stressful travel day an easy process with a relaxing drive!

Organised a trip for my mother from Calais to ashford. A truly wonderful experience and Vio made my mum feel at ease aswell as our dog. Even when organising via email, they are super lovely and helpful. Couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you so much!

I recently booked Luxury Pet Taxi Ltd for my relocation from London to Basel (Switzerland) with my cat, Leo, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. From start to finish, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care.

Communication with Monika was outstanding—she was incredibly helpful, responsive, and reassuring throughout the entire process. She patiently answered all my questions (I had loads!!) and ensured that every detail was taken care of, which I truly appreciated.

The journey itself with Greg was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. Time flew by, and I was genuinely impressed by how relaxed Leo was during the trip. He’s usually quite sensitive to travel, but Greg’s calm demeanor and experience made all the difference. He is fabtastic and made the whole experience stress-free.

The vehicle was clean, spacious, and very well-equipped for pet transport, making the entire ride enjoyable for both me and Leo.

I can’t recommend Luxury Pet Taxi Ltd enough! If you’re looking for a reliable, caring, and professional pet relocation service, this is the company to choose. Thank you, Monika and Greg, for making this journey such a positive experience for both me and Leo!

The title Luxury Pet Taxi is very well deserved,
Greg and Monica are indeed a dream team, The service they provided us with was exemplary and cannot be faulted. Greg collected us from our home in North Yorkshire and drove us to Heathrow airport for our outward journey to Madeira and collected us from our hotel in the centre of Paris for our return journey, then on through Le shuttle to Folkestone and then on again, retuning home to North Yorkshire. Greg is an excellent driver and we felt very safe with him particularly when he had to negotiate the Arc de Triomphe roundabout ! Our little dog was also very happy and relaxed, so our whole experience was fantastic and one which we will definitely repeat.
We have no hesitation in recommending this company, as the care they take and their attention to detail for your comfort, made the whole long journey, relaxing and stress free.

My parents car was stolen and they were left stranded in London. Their assistant was nothing but helpful but we were fortunate enough to come across Luxury Pet Taxi. I phoned Monika at around 8:00 and they were on their way at 11:30. Monika was extremely helpful, really nice and did everything to have a car for them the same day. Vio the driver was really nice and helpful, the car was clean and very comfortable! My parents were extremely grateful and really happy to be able to return home.

Do not hesitate, highly recommended taxi services with pets!

What superb service from Monika and Greg!
Canterbury to Cumbria is not a journey I wanted to take with my 2 elderly cats. I would not have been able to comfort them and concentrate on my driving.
Luxury Pet Taxi were superb - live updates, full communication and photos along the way.
Thank you for a wonderful service!

This service was spectacular and as advertised. Going from France to the UK, it took only 2 minutes to get our pup cleared for entry due in large part to the experience and efficiency of Luxury Pet Taxi. Greg treated our dog as a VIP guest and she was immediately comfortable with him whereas she is often nervous around new people. The vehicle was spacious and she was quite comfortable. She slept happily for most of the ride. I’m so glad that we found this option to travel with our pup at our side worry free. Will use again.

Big thank you to the Luxury Pet Taxi, especially to Greg who was very professional at taking us and our dog from Paris to London. The car came to pick us up on time in front of the hotel. Car was very clean and tidy. Thank you again and hope to use this service later in the future! 한국분들 이 업체 추천해요!:)

Super convenient and lovely service. Tailored to be as comfortable as possible and just as expensive as having to go back and forth on my own for my dog. Will definitely reach out next time I need.

Our experience with Luxury Pet Taxi was perfect! We travelled from Northern Italy to Galles. Monika was very kind, super responsive, explanatory and supportive. Our driver Martin was super punctual, very sweet and he was by our side all the time during the border control to cross the Eurotunnel. I strongly recommend this company, they are serious, reliable and love what they are doing. See you soon, guys! <3

Amazing service from the Luxury Pet Taxi team from accommodating our request, being responsive, answering all of our questions, and providing top-notch service during our trip from Paris CDG to the UK.

Monica was excellent at making all the arrangements. Our driver, Greg, was reliable, communicative, professional, and friendly. He guided us through the entire process and also helped with our multiple luggages. The ride was very smooth, and our cat enjoyed exploring the car and then slept peacefully for the majority of the trip.

Highly recommend this service - five stars and will use their services again if we need to take our pet to Europe or back to the UK.

I had a fantastic experience using this service, the journey was very comfortable and the my cat loki was very happy. Vio, my driver, was very friendly and polite. He was helpful and made the journey extremely easy!
