Luxury Pet Taxi Ltd Avis

I am so glad that we found Luxury Pet Taxi!

Well i say found, but we were recommended them by a friend and colleague - who also had an exceptional experience, but i wasn't prepared for what we received.

Our problem was moving our french bulldog (Yeke - 7 years old, cute as button - if you were wondering) 2 humans, and a bunch of cases / boxes for our relocation from Europe > UK.

From the get-go Monika was super communicative and very patient with us as our final destination / timings etc were unclear initially as we organized our move - it was very reassuring how responsive and flexible they were.

On move day our little VIPs luxury executive Mercedes arrived with expert driver Gregg - the kindest and loveliest man - and Yeke was treated like absolute royalty! The vehicle had been customized to allow plenty of room for yeke to pick one of several beds / blankets to relax on for the journey, and us human were very comfortable also in executive leather seating with complimentary refreshments and snacks.

The actual journey was a breeze and when it became apparent we would arrive at the border far earlier than the train we had booked for Gregg jumped into action and got Monika on the phone to re-arrange our train booking!

We ended up in London 2 hrs earlier than scheduled with a very calm and relaxed puppy in tow, door 2 door.

I have been gushing about the service we received to anyone that will listen - it has honestly been the best decision we made in regards to our relocation, and I would urge anyone needing to move their pets / themselves over the border to book.

Thank you Greg & Monika for your care and professionalism, and for all that you do - we're truly grateful.

We used Luxury Pet Taxi after a recommendation from a collage, and we were so happy with the amazing service. We travelled from Amsterdam to London with our French Bulldog. The communication was always good, and the level of care our the VIP passenger was well above what I had dreamed.
Many Thanks to Greg and Monika

Luxery Pet Taxi was the best! The idea of moving our cats to brighton from france was kind of terrifying. But it went perfect. Without a hitch. Monika was amazing. Answered every question - phone call, email or text in under a minute with the answer. Checked in on us throughout. Jakub was also friendly and personable. Could've been awkward to be in a car with a stranger for hours (we were going to Brighton)but it was not. I would recommend this business to anyone with pets!

If you are thinking about travelling from UK to EU/EU to UK with your fur baby, there is no one else who can make it like a breeze other than Greg and Monika. I can’t thank them enough helping us with the journey. It’s because of them, we were able to plan this journey. Couldn’t have imagined a better ride for us and especially our pup, for this trip. Greg has been so hands on with every step of the process, be it pet travel checks, passport controls, getting you on the earliest train on the right time, he knows it all and he has been a huge help in all of this. And Monika is a thorough professional, her communication and coordination skills are too good. She is so warm and responsive and guides you completely through the process. Overall what a great experience we had, not once but twice fortunately! Both of them are amazing human beings. We would love to see them both again in future. And we wish them all the success for their future. Total VIP experience!

We traveled with our cat, Uni, from Paris to London with Luxury Pet Taxi and had a great experience!

Greg was very punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He picked us up directly from our accommodation in Paris and dropped us right at our door in London. He was super accommodating and patient when we realized we’d forgotten to apply for an ETA, supporting us through the whole process (we’d focused so much on Uni’s paperwork that we completely forgot our own). Everything worked out smoothly in the end, but Greg holding it down during a stressful moment made a huge difference.

Monika was also fantastic - super communicative, informative, and always on top of her replies with clear, detailed information. All in all, a wonderful experience. If we do the trip again, we’d choose them in a heartbeat. Thanks so much, Greg and Monika! :)

I don't have all the superlatives for Greg and Monika and the Luxury Pet Taxi team. It's not so easy getting your buddies from the EU to the UK, but man do they make it seem so. All of the stress of the process removed. They are incredibly professional and kind, and took care of Lily and I every step of the way. We have travelled with them twice now and certainly would not enter the UK without them going forward.

*I carelessly left my laptop in Greg's car on our most recent trip, and he went above and beyond to help me recover it ASAP. Too good.

Greg, my driver, was extremely punctual! Very polite man with lovely conversation, he’s got a wealth of knowledge on the travel back to England and exactly what is going to happen/ what will. Monika, who set up everything for me, was amazing with me despite how difficult I was. I kept changing my plans and she adapted them for me and was extremely professional. My entire experience was!

Wonderful experience from start to finish for us and our cat, Ulysses. Communication was smooth from inquiry, booking, confirmation, and pickup coordination.

My father and I traveled from Folkestone to Calais with our cat who is a bit of an anxious traveler. He was very at peace on the journey, resting mostly on our laps.

Greg was a pleasure to meet and very helpful to have someone familiar with the process of taking a pet across the tunnel. Guiding us through pet checkin and passport control.

Definitely recommend Luxury Pet Taxi for your next journey with your pet!

More than anything, it is the possibility that the Service even exists. For us pet parents the LUXURY of making the journey with them. From organising with Monica to the drive with Greg it was all smooth and effortless. All the stress went out and they are lovely human beings doing wonderful work. I wish them all the best and success.

We booked our trip with Monika for travel from Ashford to Calais as part of our much longer drive from Glasgow to Almería Spain. Communication with Monika was really good, she replied quickly and gave clear details. Our driver Eric was exceptional. He arrived just ahead of the scheduled time and we were delighted to get on the road. His car was extremely clean and smelled lovely. He helped with our luggage and was very polite and welcoming. He drove very well and we were safe and comfortable. He paid attention to our little dog and even supplied us all with bottled water. He took us straight to our destination and even waited to make sure we got our hire car ok. I can’t rate Luxury Pet Taxi highly enough, thank you both for helping with this part of our long journey

I had to book a last minute taxi from Paris to Folkestone to bring my cat home . I couldn’t fly from Switzerland to UK with my pet in cabin. So I booked a flight to Paris Charles de Gaulle airport where I was picked up by Krys who provided a 5 star service.
The service was excellent from the beginning to end. I highly recommend this service to anyone who needs to bring your pet home to England . Thank you all for your help.

We made it! 🥹❤️

Luxury Pet Taxi were absolutely incredible from start to finish. My cat was very scared after having to travel by metro and by plane, but as soon as we got into the car, he became so much calmer and relaxed.

We were looked after so well throughout the journey, and Greg and Monika were both incredibly kind, friendly and reassuring. The service was excellent, and they made what could have been a very stressful part of the journey feel so much easier.

I would 100% recommend Luxury Pet Taxi to anyone travelling with a pet. Thank you so much, Greg and Monika! ❤️

Had the best experience with luxury pet taxi! Greg was super great the whole time, he contacted me prior to my arrival and ensured the whole journey went smoothly for me and Teddy. Also really appreciated that Monika was very responsive with all communication from the start. Overall their experience and expertise made the whole experience stress free, can’t recommend using their sevice more!

Greg and Monika were friendly and very helpful in our visit to the UK with our toy poodle Daisy 😊 was in constant and clear communication and didn’t regret anything. Will use their service again if we visit the UK again!

We had an amazing experience with Luxury Pet Taxi. To start, Monika was so helpful and communicative all the way through. It was a worrying prospect going from a cruise terminal in Southampton with way too many bags AND our dog to Paris, but Greg and Monika made it a breeze. Greg is an expert and knew exactly what to do every step of the way which meant we could all just sit back and relax. They also made it very easy for us to pick up our EU animal health certificate on the way to the Eurotunnel which saved us a huge headache! Thank you for your kindness and great service and love for our doggy. We had a great trip and are happy to be in our new home with Monika and Greg’s help!

We booked a trip from Sevenoaks to Frankfurt am Main for a German Shepherd dog, a child, an adult and lots of suitcases.
Very smooth experience.

Excellent communication ahead of the trip with updates and clear steps what to expect. Good driver - my child who usually gets car sick was fine. Highly recommended.

Greg & Monika were absolutely amazing. I was relocating from New York to London and they helped me get my Brussels Griffon into the UK. They were insightful with what and how to prepare for the journey, and then the journey itself was so smooth. The car was amazingly clean, they had a little bed for my pup to sleep on and they took care of everything. I will certainly be using them again when my pet and I travel! I’m very impressed with this service.

I would like to take a moment to share my sincere appreciation for the wonderful service I received from your driver, Krys, during my journey from Paris to London with my pet.

Krys was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire journey. He was professional, polite, kind, and extremely considerate of both my needs and my pet’s comfort. Travelling such a long distance with a pet can be stressful, but Krys made the experience feel easy, relaxed, and reassuring.

I particularly appreciated how understanding he was when I asked to stop so that my pet could have a break, relax, and feel comfortable. He was very patient and accommodating, and never made me feel that my requests were an inconvenience.

Krys also took great care to make sure I was comfortable throughout the journey. His calm manner, excellent driving, and thoughtful attitude made a real difference.

I wanted to make sure you know what a credit Krys is to your service. He went above and beyond to make our journey safe, comfortable, and pleasant, and I would be very happy to travel with him again.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. I was picked up in Brussels and taken all the way to London, and the professionalism, care and communication throughout were brilliant.

They’re a lovely couple with a genuine love for dogs, and you can really feel that this is a family run business built with care. It made the whole experience feel incredibly comfortable and reassuring. I couldn’t recommend them enough! 🐾❤️

Amazing experience, both Greg and Monika were very kind and available to help us with our journey. Their expertise of crossing the border with pets was calming and reassuring, and everything was seamless.
