Luxury Pet Taxi Ltd Avis

Genuinely the best taxi service I could habe wished for! Definitely fair priced, very professional and you can tell the company values quality staff. We were so lucky to be driven by the driver Oktavian who went above and beyonf for us and to make our experience the best possible. Though we booked only two days in advance they were immediately available and responded so quickly. Will only be going with this company from now on. Thank you again and a big thanks to Oktavian!

Great communication made it very easy and stress free to organise. Really friendly service and driver. They picked us up in Paris and drove us smoothly to London with no issues.
Highly recommend!

Thank you so much Greg and Monika! It was a pleasure to arrange our pet travel with you. We were nervous to move back to the UK from Italy with our dog Lucio as we wanted to make sure he had a stress free experience! Monika helped us in the planning process through clearly explaining the journey and options and Greg was a fantastic driver, very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Would reccomend to anyone travelling with pets!

Outstanding Door-to-Door Pet Transport Service - 5 Stars!
Huge shoutout to Octavian and Monica at Luxury Pet Taxi Ltd for their incredible support during our journey with little Siena from Paris Charles de Gaulle all the way to Portsmouth - right to our door!
Octavian was absolutely amazing throughout the entire trip! So calm, patient, and supportive, taking time to explain everything in detail and helping us with absolutely everything we needed. His gentle approach and genuine care made what could have been a stressful long-distance journey with our kitten into such a smooth, comfortable experience.
From handling all the logistics to making sure Siena was happy and safe every mile of the way, Octavian’s dedication and professionalism really shines. We couldn’t have asked for better service - door to door luxury pet transport at its finest!
The level of care and attention to detail was exceptional. Both Octavian and Monica went above and beyond to ensure our pet’s comfort and our peace of mind throughout the entire journey.
Highly recommend Luxury Pet Taxi Ltd for anyone needing professional pet travel services! This is exactly the kind of service every pet owner dreams of when traveling long distances with their furry family members.

My whole experience with this company exceeded my expectations. I found them online and took a gamble based on reviews and they absolutely delivered as promised. I booked them to transport myself and my Jack Russell (Mauby) door to door from our home in Luton, England all the way to our new temporary home in Nice, South of France - with our mountains of luggage to boot. The payment process was transparent, communication superb, and they even handled the pet check in at LeShuttle (Eurotunnel). We made a few brief stops along the way for Mauby (and humans:)) to stretch her legs and the level of overall comfort made the journey an absolute dream (16 hours in total!). Monika and Greg were fantastic - genuine pet lovers and very human-friendly too:)! - and we will definitely be booking them again. I would recommend them to anyone looking for comfortable and hassle-free transportation for themselves and their pet.

I cannot recommend Luxury Pet Taxi Ltd enough. As a single woman moving from the USA to the UK with my cat, I was so nervous about the whole process, but they made it feel easy and safe from the very beginning. Monika was so helpful with booking, always clear and patient, and made sure I understood exactly what to expect with payments and paperwork. The communication was constant and reassuring, which really put me at ease.

When it came time to travel, Greg was incredible. He’s so familiar with the process that it honestly felt like I had a professional escort guiding me through both the France and UK checkpoints. I never once felt lost or unsure. On top of that, they even upgraded my vehicle, which made the ride from Paris to the UK so comfortable for both me and my cat.

If you’re traveling internationally with a pet, especially on your own, this is the company you want by your side. I’m so grateful I chose them and would use them again in a heartbeat.

We recently moved from London to Paris with our two cats and used Luxury Pet Taxi, and we honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the experience with both Monika (coordination) and Greg (driving).

Throughout the entire drive, Greg made us feel completely supported. He understood how nervous my husband and I were about such a long journey with our pets, and his calm, reassuring presence made all the difference.

Both Greg and Monika were professional, kind, and genuinely caring — not just toward us, but especially toward our cats, who were clearly in safe and gentle hands the entire way.

We honestly can’t thank them both enough. If you're traveling with pets, we wholeheartedly recommend Luxury Pet Taxi. They turned what could’ve been a stressful day into a completely positive and even enjoyable one.

My family will highly recommend Luxury Pet Taxi to anyone looking to take their pet anywhere in Europe.

Greg drove my husband and dog from Bristol to Madrid. From the beginning, Monika was super helpful and friendly to arrange the trip with. Monika organized the tickets for the car Chunnel and helped organize the trip from there.

Over 2 days, Greg drove our dog, Potter, and my husband to Spain. Both dog and human enjoyed the trip and wonderful conversations with Greg. Extremely warm and friendly service from start to finish.

Very efficient and cared about our dog Ralphie’s welfare
We have used them twice now and excellent both times

Recommended by us and Ralphie

Excellent service. We booked Luxury pet taxi to go from London to Milan and from Milan to London and the experience has been great. Both Monika and Greg have been very nice, professional, and responsive. Our chow chow dog Luna also enjoyed the trips. Will definitively use again Luxury pet taxi for our travels in the future.

Monika was very professional, punctual and loving with my dogs! They managed to organize a very last minute trip from Paris to London with the dogs only and we received our very happy pets! Really great job! I would use the service again for sure! Thanks Monika!

Perfect experience from every point of view. Clear and constant support before the trip, thank you Monika, impeccable organization. The trip was excellently organized in every detail. We left Paris and arrived in London. The driver, thank you Greg, was professional, friendly, and welcoming. All services were top-notch. My family's trip was a truly pleasant experience. Outstanding service. From working with Monika for bookings and changes to travelling in comfort with Octavian, the entire process was seamless and this a great company that goes over and beyond for it's customers. I can't recommend them enough!

We recently used this pet transport service to move our dog Gibson from London to Munich, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From our very first contact all the way to drop-off, Monika and Greg were simply amazing.

Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care were clear from the start. They were incredibly loving, thoughtful, and alert to Gibson’s needs—treating him as if he were their own. Throughout the journey, they provided regular updates and photos, which gave us complete peace of mind.

Monika and Greg went truly above and beyond — not just transporting a pet, but making sure Gibson felt safe, calm, and cared for every step of the way. Monika also made sure all documents were in order, pick up arrangements were clear on all ends. Truly amazing.

If you’re looking for a team who combines professionalism with real heart, this is it. Thank you, Monika and Greg, for everything!

On time, Jakub was a great driver, friendly , and great with our dog Bento, comfortable car, great communication. All was luxury!

With a complicated travel itinerary that was changing by the hour Monika and Luxury Pet Taxi Ltd were simply outstanding. Highly organised , quick to respond and sympathetic to our stressful moving situation.
Octavian who was our amazing driver from Milan to the UK in a day was hugely professional with safe and highly trust worthy driving skills . Also having done this journey numerous times his knowledge and reassurances were invaluable.
This is a company that deserves to be applauded and highly recommended.
Thank you so much Monika and the team .

This is the second time we have used Luxury Pet Taxi and I can honestly, it is evident that the number 1 focus is putting our pet at ease. From the booking, collection going through passport control, comfort breaks and the drop off - it was all very professional seamless and easy. Thank you so much Monika and Greg.

Just want to say how professional this company is from start to finish.
I called very last minute and was my last hope and was reassured straight away that it wouldn’t be a problem.
I got picked up from Paris and dropped to Bournemouth and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. The driver Constantine was unbelievable with my two dogs even walking one of them for me and was cuddling them etc. he helped me check I had all the paperwork and drove perfectly and was a pleasure to talk to.
I would definitely recommend and will definitely be using again.
Thanks

We booked a private transport from Paris to the UK for a family holiday, and I can’t recommend this team enough. Greg (an absolute animal lover!) made sure our dog was safe, happy, and comfortable the entire way. Monika handled all the bookings and logistics — super friendly, organised, and helpful.

The whole experience was smooth, easy, and honestly the best way to travel with pets. Everything ran on time, the van was spotless, and the journey felt completely stress-free. If you’re travelling with your family and dog — this is the way to do it. Would 100% book again.
