Luxury Pet Taxi Ltd Avis

Luxury pet taxi not just provided a needed service. They went above and beyond. Constantin was cheerful, welcoming, and pleasant. He put as ease as he walked us through the process. This is definitely a service I will use again and one I strongly recommend.

Highly professional Company from start to finish! Really fast answers to all my questions, booking went smoothly and pickup aswell! From snacks and refreshments in the cars to absolute princess treatment this company actually goes above and beyond so I say its absolutely worth it. Traveled twice with them now and will definitely continue to do so.

We recently had an emergency situation after our Romanian vet made mistakes with our dog’s deworming, and we needed urgent help getting back to the United Kingdom. Monica was incredibly professional and courteous while arranging everything for us, and Greg stepped in to take us across the shuttle at very short notice.
Greg arrived in a very well equipped vehicle that had everything our dog needed, including a secure basket and a proper restraining lead. From the moment we set off, he made the journey feel calm and comfortable. He is an excellent driver, confident, steady and very easy to trust. Throughout the entire trip he remained professional, reassuring and genuinely kind.
What could have been a very stressful experience became smooth and manageable thanks to him. We are truly grateful for his help and we would happily recommend Greg and Luxury Pet Taxi to anyone who needs reliable and compassionate pet transport.

Myself and my dog Millie recently travelled from the UK (Folkestone) to Spain (Costa del Sol) with Greg from luxury pet taxi and I couldn’t recommend more. Super friendly, safe and reliable service from start to finish!

Massive thank you to Greg & Monika and I hope to use your company again in the future🙂💖

Monika & Greg were absolutely fantastic, We used them to bring our French Bulldog from Portugal back to the UK and we couldn’t have found a better company to do so. They kept in constant communication with us and kept us up to date with all progress throughout the journey and took the best care of our baby. We would recommend to anybody wanting to transport or travel with their pet around Europe. Thankyou so much guys :)

Greg made the whole journey seamless. My puppy was relaxed and comfortable during the whole ride. Would certainly use again. Greg is also an excellent driver.

We cannot speak highly enough of Monika and Greg. They provided an excellent service from start to finish in bringing us and our dog safely to London from Geneva.

Monika made booking the service seamless and helped guide us through the entire process and highlighted the key border crossing requirements we needed to complete for our dog. Monika was highly responsive by phone. She was constantly available on both weekdays and weekends to answer any questions and alleviate any concerns that we had. Monika was also very understanding and accommodating with some billing issues we had.

Greg reached out to us a day before our departure and arrived on time to pick us up from Geneva. The van was in excellent condition, clean and had ample space for us and our dog. At Calais, one of us was unable to enter the UK for a few days and Greg was incredibly helpful in not only finding us a hotel for one of us to stay, but driving us to the hotel, helping us check in and then carrying on the journey taking our dog and the rest of the family safely to London. Greg then returned a few days later to pick one of us up from Calais and bring us to London. Greg was incredibly helpful and understanding of our circumstance. He's an excellent and safe driver and we (and our dog) felt very comfortable with him throughout the +10 hour long journey.

As a family we really appreciate Monika and Greg's exceptional service, professionalism, time, understanding and patience. For anyone needing to transport their pets, there really is no one better than Monika and Greg!

Highly responsive and easy to book. Very comfortable journey. Jacob was a great driver, friendly, would stop as often as needed. Thank you.

We had a car breakdown and subsequently had to have it scrapped in France and were at a loss to how we were going to get our senior dog back home without a car. Finding this company was a light and calm in a stressful situation.
Monika answered all our questions quickly and professionally, we felt very secure to book the journey from Le Mans to North Wales.
We were collected directly from our hotel by Octavian as promised and swiftly delivered to our first stop at Folkestone via the channel. Octavian is super friendly, calm, even when our elderly dog got a little stressed due to a tummy upset. The next day we were driven to our door in North Wales, it was a lovely calm trip with Octavian happy to stop off when we needed.
Thank you again, you really did save us! We have no hesitation recommending thus company and Octavian to transport you and your pet safely and proficiently.

My wife and I plus Yorkshire terrier Roxi and Maine Coon cat Callie were emigrating from Scotland to Montenegro and from our initial contact with luxury pet taxi, we knew we were in good professional hands.
Greg drove from Folkestone all the way to Fife to pick us up before beginning our 2 day trip to Montenegro. We drove across 8 border crossings which went perfectly smoothly thanks to Greg's professionalism, before finally arriving in our new country Montenegro.
Greg's personality, humour and professionalism shone throughout the journey and we can highly and fully endorse and recommend Luxury Pet Taxi.

A massive thank you to Greg and Monika for helping me safely take my 4 fur babies from the uk to France !
Everything went so smoothly and I am so incredibly grateful and happy with the service.
Monika responded quickly to all my questions and bookings.
Will be using this service again :) Thank you so much

To cut a long story short, my wife small dog and myself had a major accident in Croatia and were stuck finding a way to get back to the UK without a van or car as any rentals would not allow passage through the tunnel or ferry. After an initial call to Monika of Luxury Pet Taxi Ltd., she without hesitation promptly quoted us to supply a professional driver to pick us up at CDG Airport Paris and take us right through the tunnel to Folkestone. We agreed the quotation and she swiftly arranged for our safe return. We had never given it a thought that our own insurance would only supply a car not replacement camper van which left us literally stuck In Croatia with the contents of our van! I would highly recommend this company as the drivers we had were both friendly competent and caring. An amazing service which if travelling with a dog is a useful number to keep hold of! :)

A big thank you to Monika and Greg for taking away the stress of bringing our 2 cats safely from France back to the UK. From the start Monika provided all the information, advice and support that we were looking for and any queries we had were dealt with without any delay. During the journey we were given regular updates on how the cats were doing and as Monika was in the car with Greg she was able to chat to the cats. Definitely a 5 star service so don't hesitate to use them for your own pet transport.

From start to finish the experience with Monika and Greg from Luxury Pet travel has been truly 5 stars. I was very impressed with all the information and clarity of communication with Monika, she was incredibly responsive and the costs were more than reasonable.
Greg met us a Folkestone Station with a big smile on his face, incredibly warm and welcoming and treating my 5 month old doodle like a true VIP. He had a soft blanket, water whenever he needed it and loads of space to stretch out. Greg’s Mercedes is new, very comfortable and smooth on the roads and Greg is not only a great driver but great company along the way.
Our 14 hour journey to Bilbao flew by. I did hours of research before choosing a pet taxi and am so glad I made the right choice.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend luxury Pet Travel and will certainly be using them again.
Thanks very much Monika and Greg. We’ll see you again soon. Paul & Rapha.

We just moved from Andorra to London with our two cats. It could easily have been a very stressful experience but Monika and Greg made it so easy and relaxing. Thank you so much!

Right from the moment I made an inquiry, the communication was rapid and professional. Monika immediately made us feel confident that we'd be looked after, and handled booking everything including a hotel stay to break the journey into two days. She had everything organised before some competitors had even replied to my initial request for a quote.

The drive itself was just as smooth and professional. The car was extremely comfortable and there was space for the two of us and our two cats in the back seat. Greg handled all the admin at the hotel and train terminal, so we didn't need to worry about anything.

Most importantly, our cats didn't get too stressed out. It was great to be able to sit with them the whole way.

Thanks again!

I could not be happier. Monika and Constantin have helped me though this stressful trip and made it comfortable and easy. I could not be more thankful.

Constantin made as many stops as my pet required to use the litter and be changed, and he is a very skilled driver, amazing person as well.

Will book again.

This is a phenomenal service! I was moving from Okinawa to the UK with my two cats and was very stressed about the process. I was unable to fly my cats into the UK without paying a ridiculous fee for flying them cargo. I ended up flying to Paris CDG airport and getting a taxi all the way to Lakenheath (about a 7 hr journey). The entire process was very smooth and it was very easy to keep in contact with the company. The driver was very kind and patient, and he made stops when I had to use the restroom or needed food. I’m so grateful for this service, as I would have been so upset if I had to leave my two cats back in Okinawa! Thank you Luxury Pet Taxi!

Excellent service provided by Monika and Greg from start to finish. Both provided a smooth experience bringing our pet cat back to the UK from South Africa. Greg went out his way to make the journey from Frankfurt to drop off at Gatwick as comfortable as possible, not only for our cat, for us and our 2 children as we relocated back to the UK - most definitely the VIP experience. We would definitely recommend you and use your service again.

This company consistently provides an excellent, reliable, and quality service. Nothing is too much trouble and they are really nice people to travel with.
We were picked up on time by Octavian in Paris this time instead of Greg. He proved to be an excellent driver so we felt we were in good hands, so we were driven from Paris to the shuttle and then on to Folkestone and then on to North Yorkshire. Lovely stress free trip with our little Maltese. I absolutely recommend this company. 😀

Literally THE BEST service we could’ve ever wished for. Me and my family went from Paris Orly to the UK/Bournemouth, and thanks to the Luxury Pet Taxi, the journey had been beyond amazing. It was a 7 hour car-ride, yet -despite how long it was- it was super duper safe and smooth. Our driver Constantin was a very very sweet man, so talkative whose conversation was so enjoyable. He made the ride much better and smoother than it already was. Much thanks to him, and great thanks to Monika for her care and attention even before our journey. Super pleased, thank you to the lovely crew, and especially sir Constantin!!🫶🫶
