The kindly explanation and patience shown when I applied plus the gem of a cleaner Leonore who is friendly, amenable and works very hard.

Andrea is friendly, prompt, gets on with the work and does a good job without fuss.

Nothing is wrong with the new person helping me clean my flat.
What is wrong is the harrying of customers, not just you but loads of businesses, for your poor customers to have to keep on providing feedback about the service. Trust me, if there is anything wrong I will do you the courtesy of contacting you for a mutual solution!

Clueless, unhelpful, disorganised amateurs. Couldn’t arrange a bouquet of flowers, let alone a weekly clean of a one bed flat.

After posting this review they tried to call but as I cannot take calls, I responded to a subsequent SMS message making that point and offering further contact via email, which they have not managed. Clearly this is too much of a challenge, hence their response. The failure to deliver services despite my having paid for them is not my responsibility, hence it is equally not my responsibility to make the effort to contact. SEND ME AN EMAIL IF YOU WANT TO ENGAGE.

Disappointing experience as a new customer! I booked a cleaner for a set day and time (today 9am) and no one arrived. No call from Maid2Clean to inform me that no one would be arriving.

Signed up, had 1 clean (which cleaner was lovely and good - star goes to her)
However she then had planned holiday which was agreed and fine, but then I m return had a family emergency, this happens and is expected, however when going via a company like maid2clean you expect assurances around this (cover, proactive reach outs etc)
None of this happened, I had to reach maid2clean to notify them, they then found a replacement for same week, but did not communicate just added to the diary, fine, I made arrangements to make work, then day of, cleaner does not show. Did not get told till after time of agreed arrival (waited in and moved plans)
Customer service really is not great and honestly it’s more hassle working with them than finding a good cleaner direct.

Still waiting on if they will give any refund as at this stage we received 1 clean, paid cleaner direct £42 and have paid maid2clean over £100 for I’m not sure what..

Don’t waste your time

My cleaning lady is reliable and friendly.
She leaves my bungalow in a far better state and always changes my bed linen when needed.
She also takes my ironing home and returns it to me, beautifully ironed.
Very pleased with her work.

Maids to clean have been very helpful in finding a cleaner for me. The one l have at present is a very hard worker and l hope she will be with me for a long time.

I've been using Maid2clean for a few years now, I've had a few cleaners and they always get another within a reasonable amount of time. My present cleaner is a lovely young woman.

I am unsure if i need to write a review. I just
made enquiries about the services and costs. I did n't proceed further due to personal reasons.

Clare did a very thorough top to bottom clean of the flat belonging to my sister who is 94. We were looking forward to regular visits. Unfortunately, my sister had broke her leg in a very nasty fall, as a result of which she will not be returning to the flat.
