Erica is always punctual and reliable. She works extremely hard and thoroughly. Her manner is friendly and polite. Her presence in the house while she cleans is unobtrusive.
I required a company that ensured “ staff” were police checked. Also needed the individual to be insured for breakages or accidents. I believe this is what I have. To be honest the first girl was... Voir plus

Our service from Maid2Clean has been…consistently good.
Our service from Maid2Clean has been very good, with prompt responses and friendly, sympathetic people on the phone lines.
When we have needed an emergency cleaner the people provided have been excellent - although it would have been useful to have had notice of when they were coming instead of them just turning up on the doorstep.
Our cleaner was superb, very amenable to whatever we asked her to do, reliable and a hard worker.

Good customer service response from maid2clean
I really have to update this, so here goes….
Following this review Maid2clean contacted me to discuss the issues (all detailed below). Their customer service was really good and they did find me a new cleaner who turned up, and was great.
I really will remove the review and provide an updated review once she has been in post for a few weeks and I have some reliability!
Really poor service from maid2clean.
We had a great cleaner through maid2clean but she was paid so little by them that she left to build her own business. Sadly due to the strict T&C’s we were not able to take her on privately.
I had to request my service charge back from them when they couldn’t fill her spot.
I keep on getting let down by them. Today they told me 30 mins before the cleaner was due that she wasn’t coming.
If you want reliability go elsewhere!

The company were easy to deal with but due to a mix up with original cleaner and then not being able to provide one as quickly as I wanted I had to terminate contract but the company were very obliging and tried to fix me up with a cleaner

There is no way to reply to maid2cleans…
There is no way to reply to maid2cleans comment on my previous review. They say they have no record of my complaint. This is probably due to the fact that the pass my complaint onto the Croydon franchise. I have replied to this saying that I want to make the complaint to the head office as the Croydon franchise ignore my email and lie to the their insurance company.
I image that underneath this review there will be a comment if we have no record of this like every other negative review they get.

Daniel - I told you a week ago that Maid2Clean Croydon was a wholly owned franchise and I advised you that you needed to discuss this with the owner. It is entirely between you and the franchise/their insurance company. I understood the insurance company was in contact with you?
Can you not all talk to each other rather than writing reviews? I'm sure you have the phone numbers?
Great customer service
Great customer service, office staff are very helpful and efficient. We. Now have a very efficient cleaner, I couldn't be happier with her performance.

They made everything easy
Maid2clean made finding a reliable cleaner for my Mum completely hassle-free. From the initial phone call right through to the interview and her very first clean, they followed up every step of the way to ensure everything went smoothly.
Alison has been absolutely fantastic—punctual, thorough, and lovely to work with. You can see the difference she’s made to Mum’s home right away. It’s given us huge peace of mind, and I couldn't recommend Maid2clean more!
