The young lady who was dealing with the…

The young lady who was dealing with the problem was able to do so in a good timely manner she was very polite and gave me a good sense that the problem was going to be fixed quickly and I am able to report it indeed was...a very satisfactory and happy result.

Very poor service.

Very poor service.

Marbles authorised a payment without my knowledge that took me over my limit. They did not notify me of this payment. I was not made aware of this until I received a message telling me my promotional offer had been cancelled as a result of exceeding my balance. This was grossly unfair and negligent on behalf of Marbles. I immediately brought my account back in line and was told that the offer would be reinstated, however it has not. I've been forced to report this to the ombudsman

Marbles is a great Credit card.

Marbles is a great Credit card easy to use App and they keep you up to date with regular statements allin the App and E mail. I just feel relaxed that I have a great card with me.

I’m extremely disappointed with the way…

I’m extremely disappointed with the way my situation was handled by Marbles. I contacted them to request a payment holiday during a difficult financial period, expecting some level of understanding and support. Unfortunately, instead of being granted a payment holiday or offered any reasonable assistance, my card was simply terminated.

There was no meaningful attempt to work with me or explore alternative options before taking this step. It felt abrupt and unfair, especially considering I had reached out proactively to try to manage my situation responsibly.

I would have appreciated clearer communication and a willingness to support customers facing temporary financial difficulties rather than immediately closing the account. Based on this experience, I cannot say that the customer support met reasonable expectations.
