This morning I wanted to take £10 out…
This morning I wanted to take £10 out from an ATM. This I did and the machine swallowed my Marbles Credit Card and I did not receive the £10. Whilst by the ATM just in case my card came out, it never did, I went on the Marbles App and via Chat I explained what had happened. A really amazing, professional, kind Agent called Subroto answered my problem and not only did Subroto assure my that the card had now been cancelled, Subroto also was extremely understanding and supportive as I was a bit concerned. Subroto gave me a 5 star customer service in a situation which was a bit worrying as my card had not been returned to me. Thank you very very much Subroto, you were a total star and I am very grateful to you.
