The kind person who helped me through…

I don't agree with the credit policy…

I don't agree with the credit policy regarding credit limits. Loyal customer, payments always on time, Excellent credit rating. My limit has not been increased. This resulted in me taking a Card out elsewhere which has a much higher limit.

All credit limits are subject to status, and the limit offered will depend on the information received within the application form and during a credit check. Unfortunately, we may not always be able to provide a customer’s preferred limit, however, please be assured that we regularly review our accounts to see if we can offer credit limit increases.
You can review your limit increase preferences online by signing in and going to Account Settings > Credit Limit Preferences. You can also check for any limit increase offers at any time by going to My Card > Credit Limit Increases.

Marbles have deen excellent my credit rating was not that good but they gave me a card. Now I have had a credit increase and all communication is really great.
