My daughter instructed this company to conduct a survey on house purchasing.
The survey was provided with multiple errors and omissions, for example no reference to conservatory which was then requested on further questioning regarding inaccuracies and omissions the response was rude, although a replacement was provided

It wasn’t an inconvenience….it was poor and lacked professionalism

I wanted a level 3 survey done as soon as possible.
Contacted McCallums Property Surveying, who let me
have a form requesting my details, details of the property and details of estate agents. Next day McCallums notified me that they had arranged with estate agents to survey property in 2 days time.
Couple days after survey date, received detailed survey report by email.
All completed within a week of first contact with McCallums.

I recently used McCallums Property Surveying for a Level 2 HomeBuyer Report and had a great experience. From start to finish, I had no cause to worry about the service I received from McCallums at any point. I didn't have to chase anyone for update because communication was constant as needed. They kept me updated at every point. The service itself was professional. I expected some errors in the report, especially regarding my long name as has always been the case with others. Surprisingly, there was no omission or misspelling.
The report itself was very detailed. Your service is excellent, thorough and topnotch. I hardly have any clarifications or questions to ask as all have been well-explained in the report.

McCallums were incredible. They were a great price and were super helpful throughout the whole process. They kept us clearly updated throughout the process, updating us when the survey was and that it had successfully taken place. The survey was easy to book and efficient it was done quickly with a report sent in a couple of days. I e-mailed the suryeor with questions that were answered and also had a chat on the phone which put my mind at ease.

Very thorough level 2 survey for new build property. Asked for and received some additional advice regarding the loft. Very helpful all round. The surveyor Riz, liaised with the agent and myself for access to the property. Survey was carried out at a reasonable price.

Have used McCallums twice and both times the survey was completed as planned and reported on within 24 hours. Good value versus other surveyors and quality of reporting was good also. Overall a good experience, no fuss and completed as promised.
