Easy to book and pay for, survey was booked quickly after - and took place just a few days from the point of booking. Our level 2 survey was comprehensive and I was able to ask questions, which I appreciated. Our surveyor was friendly, and explained things in laymans terms. The report arrived a few days later, on the day he had explained it would. Would recommend to others.

For a level 3 survey it was not very comprehensive. There were a number of inaccuracies on the survey submitted and the fairly obvious cause of a fault missed. My impression is the report submitted consisted of a lot of pre populated information not specific to the property, the surveyor not spending enough time on the job and simply taking dozens of photos with a mobile phone. Really not worth the money.

,i was skeptical as you never really know what you are getting online but i can happily say we were highly satisfied with their service. Communication was brilliant! We also have took the offer up on the January discount, I would definitely use them again for a level 2 survey.

Booked in really quickly and handled access with the estate agent. Good and seamless intuitive website for tracking progress and making payment. Very responsive to queries, open regarding processes and helpful throughout. I had to cancel my survey in advance of the date due to some issues with our house purchase so I did not get to use the actual surveying service, however McCallums were very helpful and fair and refunded my payment without delay.
