I contacted mealzo when I hadn’t received my order after an hour and Brain was really helpful and was able to contact the restaurant on my behalf and get an update for me

Quick and Easy ordering for collection or Delivery
Great app to use, quick and easy ordering. Plus live tracking of your order with times. Never have many issues with it or the shops that use it. Although there was one case recently where the shop had closed early but the app said it was open and accepted the order. Thankfully a quick live chat with Bruce, knew of the issue and sorted a refund within a few minutes.
