Order was meant to be delivered an hour ago, spoke to Peter in customer service and the issue was resolved within minutes
I contacted mealzo when I hadn’t received my order after an hour and Brain was really helpful and was able to contact the restaurant on my behalf and get an update for me

Order glitched so I never received order but money was taken.
I asked for help with this on the live chat but instead of helping me, they banned me.
Still haven't received a refund a week later

Good customer care
I had placed an order that never arrived. Spoke to a very nice gentleman who provided an email address to claim a refund.
Peter replied quickly, advising me the refund had been actioned. Thank you for the good customer care.
