Order was meant to be delivered an hour ago, spoke to Peter in customer service and the issue was resolved within minutes
I contacted mealzo when I hadn’t received my order after an hour and Brain was really helpful and was able to contact the restaurant on my behalf and get an update for me

Easy to contact
It was easy to contact an actual person once you have been through the chat bot as long as you are happy with messaging rather than talking. I needed a refund on an online delivery I never received but was still charged for and the first person I spoke to said they would look into and get back to me but I didn't hear anything so I contacted them again and Brian was able to resolve the issue within the hour and said he's issued a full refund

Had a major issue with the takeaway my order didnt come finally got through to a open chat haha, well Riley was great and has promised me hes going to look into for me so fingers crossed I get a message abck and a refund
