Excellent food and service.
I ordered the 10kg bundle, the chicken free bundle and a couple of her favourites.
The 10kg bundle had plenty of choice along with being economical The meat is excellent quality and the dog loves it.
Delivery is super fast.

Bought the 10kg mixed bundle and…
Bought the 10kg mixed bundle and a I’m a bit disappointed. There are certain ones my dog won’t touch. The lamb was a very smooth, dry consistency and the beef and tripe is very dry. The only one he has really liked so far was the pork as it was much more meaty and not so dry.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and for trying out our 10kg mixed bundle. I’m sorry to hear some of the minces haven’t been a hit with your dog, every dog does have their own preferences, and it sounds like the pork was the winner this time!
Our random bundles are designed to offer a cost-effective way to try a range of proteins, which is why they aren’t customisable. We totally understand that this might not be the best option if your dog has specific likes or dislikes, but the good news is that you’re always welcome to order the individual minces your dog enjoys.
If there’s ever anything we can do to help with future orders, feel free to reach out, we’re always happy to help.
Great company
This is the second time I've used Mersey Raw. I do use another supplier but can't always make it to their store, I can make it here while going to other places en route.
Food is perfect size for my dog and one pack covers two days. No more messy scales!!
I'll still use my other supplier but will also use Mersey Raw too.

Simple and easy to use
Simple and easy to use. The dogs love their food.
Having recently put them on to a raw diet and a friend recommending it’s been great
So us it so easy as we have German shepards so they live a nice mixture of food and the 500g tubs mean we don’t have to mess around weighing food out.

Again, I am buying from Mersey. Highly recommended A* supplier.
My 3 dogs...very fussy eaters...just love eating the products I buy from them. They actually lick the bowls so well, one would think I have washed the bowls. Well done team Mersey.

Fantastic Service and Product.
I have tried most companies, pro dog,bella & Duke, Durham etc and tried mersey raw as I saw the introductory offer on first 2 purchases.Every tub ,no matter what flavour was coarse and no pulpy looking meat which can go watery.My dog has enjoyed all of it,so iv just placed a 2nd order.Even better,when I ordered today,I forgot to put the address of my holiday home for delivery which is where I will be all weekend.I emailed merseyraw and asked if I could change the delivery address. Five minutes later I received a reply and as they managed to pick it up before the 1pm cut off,they have managed to change it for me.Cant get better service than that. Fantastic.

Great Customer Service
I’ve used Mersey Raw for a while now on & off as I like to change my Bulldogs food up every now & again, I’ve always had very quick & efficient service & I really like the tubs the food comes in, it makes things a lot easier & the food is top quality too. I had an issue with my order recently, totally my fault! But Nicole sorted it out for me so quickly & efficiently, I was very impressed with the level of service I received. thank you so much

We just bought a new puppy and things…
We just bought a new puppy and things have so changed since our last one( 20 years ago).
We wanted to feed Floyd on the best diet and asked our breeder who recommended dried and raw meats.
We initially bought him steak mince but then I saw your advert.
It arrived promptly, still frozen and smelled fresh and looked good.
Best of all, Floyd loves it.
I like the variety but not sure about ordering the one with rabbits fur😳
Nice follow up from Ben as well.
Highly recommend this company.
