Excellent to deal with.
Placed order late in the day and received full confirmation next morning. What a pleasure as I was kept up to date on every aspect of the delivery from dispatch to receiving the item. Would highly recommend using them.

Parts arrived on time

I recently had a terrible experience with this company. Despite providing the exact series and model number for my product, they managed to send me the wrong part. When I reached out to request a return and a full refund, I received no response whatsoever.
To make matters worse, their website doesn’t even have a return page, which makes it clear that they have no intention of processing returns or caring for their customers. It feels like a one-way street with them—money goes in, but it never comes out.
I strongly advise avoiding this website at all costs. Their lack of customer service and refusal to address issues is unacceptable. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

Very helpful with my order even changing the part colour in the morning of despatch when I remarked I had really wanted a black part which was out of stock so ordered white. The black part came in the day before despatch and they changed it for me. All working fine
Only having next day delivery for £10…
Only having next day delivery for £10 as the only delivery option is insane, I didn't need the part particularly quickly and would have happily had second class cheaper postage.
Cancelled my order. Poor comms
Cancelled my order without any communication or reason as to why. Even after I emailed for a response…. Nothing! Terrible service.
Poor customer service
I placed an order on 29 December, payment has been taken yet tracking since 30 December simply says 'processing in progress'. I have contacted Minerva 3 times in the last week to enquire about a possible delivery date but no-one has yet come back to me. When will I receive my order?

Confusing pricing, gave the impression delivery was free, but only if you collect, so no need to mention free delivery if you are collecting
