Gates arrived in perfect shape and delivered on time despite the Covid situation.

I was not really sure to my choice, finally I received my gate on time and : very good quality and price

The product is, as I had hoped, well-designed and built, and looks great. Delivery, however, was 2 month later than anticipated which had major ramifications for my project timing. Getting any help with respect to that was a forlorn hope; no replies or calls-back and required constant chasing to receive any information at all.

Easy to use web site with all the supporting items needed, installed gate, posts, and drive rack for used electric opener, finish and assembly was excellent, just note the delivery system described in the web site video does not apply in the UK.

Following on from my last review on the 12th of November the customer care team has contacted me asking if i will take my review down with an offer of 20% discount on my next purchase , i just want my automation for the gates , this has been going on for 2 months now and still nobody contacts me . i see that there has been lots of reviews trying to cover my review saying what a great company they are , i will not stop reviewing until i receive my automation , dont be fooled by the reviews

Ordered a 5 metre long sliding gate, work great easy to install and automate.

I ordered a 3 metre sliding gate on 11th September 2020. The delivery date quoted was w/e 13th November, actually delivered 17th November. Very pleased (we are after all in the midst of a world wide pandemic) the driver was on time and very helpful.
The gate was very well packed and well protected for the journey from France. I unpacked and inspected, all in perfect condition, all parts ordered present and correct. The gate looks very nice with a good finish, impressed with the quality and workmanship.
Phoned Mister Gates customer service re some queries on my order, mostly me wanting information. Bit of a wait in the queue but better than most call centres and they dealt with my queries quickly and to my satisfaction. I can only comment on my own experience which is that the gate is top quality and service was first class.

I am a building Contractor over 48 years Mr Gate sold us a fantastic electric sliding gate, it was £ 3000.00 less costly than the local firm it came on time and was in prefect condition and it was wrapped so no damage to the gate and it had traveled all the way from Europe
Its been trouble free and has been a credit to our installation on a new build property in Cornwall UK

Gate was supposed to be complete and shipped via fast efficient delivery at a cost of over £400 on 25/9. Im sat here 4 weeks later and they can't conform where the gates are. The t&cs state if there's any damage to the gates i have to identofy it immediately and if i ask the courier to return I'll have to pay the costs. If its slight damage they'll come to an agreement. These gates cost over 5k... I expect perfection. How can they expect me to accept products that could be being knocked about in some warehouse. Don't ever buy from these people. Service is brutal, i just want my money back.

The service was excellent, the gate turned up on time and built to a good standard. I had to return a key pad and was dealt with, and the item replaced.

Great gates at a great price. Will buy again.

What an absolute shambles of a company!!
Ordered and paid in full over £2,500 for a gate and motor in June 2020 . Received the Motor about 3 weeks after the order was placed but no sign of that gate, it's now been way over 3 MONTHS!!
Customer service is non existent and are unable to supply any kind of information as to when the gate will be delivered. I'm now going to hand this matter over to my credit card and put the matter into a dispute.
I wouldn't go near this company again and so glad I didn't purchase the side gate from them as well.

DO NOT USE. Gates paid for back in June no gate no refund excuse after excuse and the lies this company have told us.. I work for a gate company. They should not be allowed to continue trading. They do not have company here in uk only in France..

This company is a front for the French company. They have no presence in the UK. After ordering in June they quickly took payment, including a £500 delivery fee to the UK. The gates have never arrived, they are blaming a delivery company and telling me that I have to sort it out with them (in French)

The gate itself appears to be good quality and works as well as I could hope. But the customer service from this company is completely non-existent. The gate was a Marmara gate with a post at the rear for support, but the instructions were for a different style of gate that is supported on a brick pillar to the front. I asked for instructions for a Marmara gate, but none were provided. All I had was 1 measurement for how far the track needs to be from the brick pillars, and I had to work out exactly where to position the support post - and this was absolutely critical to ensure the gate worked properly. I emailed the company twice asking for detailed dimensions for the installation, and all I was sent was a link to a YouTube video for installing a different type of gate. And there were also some bolts missing - with nothing to attached the part which forms the runner for the gate to the support post itself. I had to use my own bolts. I also ordered a Pedestrian gate, and again this seems to be good quality, but the installation was very fiddly and was not helped by the instructions being for a different style of gate, and being all in French. And, the screws provided for fitting the handles are so soft, and the holes in the gate so misaligned, that the screw heads strip as soon as you start to put any pressure on them. It's a shame, because the gates look good and appear well-built, at a competitive price. But the instructions provided are terrible, for the wrong product, in French, and the customer service when asking for help is completely useless. Don't buy unless you are absolutely confident you can work out how to install them on your own, as I had to!
