These people are a joke when it comes to customer care and service.
I waited 11 weeks for my 4.5 metre sliding gate to arrive, when it finally did the so called special delivery service which cost £170 was just one guy.
This gate was long and heavy and the delivery man dragged it across my brand new £10,000 block paving driveway leaving irreparable marks all over!!! The only compensation offered was to reimburse the delivery charge! Oh and by they way they haven't to date?
When I got home later that day I was horrified to see the damaged driveway and further more after unpacking the gate I found it to be damaged in several places right down the centre.
Being offered a touch pen to fix all issues is an absolute joke!!!
After countless attempts of trying to contact Mister Gates I finally got through, Emerick Apologised and I proceeded to send some pictures of the damages to my driveway and the gate itself.
To wrap this up, I am months down the road with this and they have not sorted any of the issues, it seem Emerick is the only one who eventually picks up a message and the rest of the company just don't care.
It looks like my only option now is to take Mister Gates to court which is a waste of my valuable time!!!
In short (lol) this is without doubt the worst customer service I've ever endured, think very carefully before you make a purchase with Mister Gates!

Avoid this company
I ordered my gates (total £1500) on the 7th September, told it would be 6-8 weeks. Now 23rd November still no gates despite the web site saying my order is complete. Emerick, who seems to be the sole UK employee cannot or will not give me the name or contact details of the courier.(That is when you can get hold of him!)
I am in the process of taking legal action due to no delivery of goods. Avoid this company at all costs.

Damaged Gate - Wont respond!
I received my gate and upon delivery it had 3 marks, where the packaging was damaged. The driver took pictures of the damaged area and said contact the company.
I informed the company immediately and their response has been we will send out 12ml touch up paint.
I explained I don’t want touch up paint the gate is damaged it has a big chuck removed where it has been hit by something, and touch up paint will do nothing.
I have left voice message, send numerous emails via the interface and the standard email address and still had no further response.
The customer service is a disgrace.
My order number is 146670. please contact me immediately to resolve!
