Ordered a personalised hoodie for £60 only to find that one of the openings to the tassels is faulty. Three emails have been sent to Moments Made prior to writing this review and NO reply from the company themselves. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I was hesitant to order because I wasn't sure what I'd actually get.. but my expectations were totally exceeded! I didn't have a quality photo to use, only a screenshot from a video. I messaged Irwan and he was quick to respond and very friendly. We used the photo and the sweatshirt turned out perfect. The quality of the jumper, the image, the packaging. I cried happy tears. Thank you so much!

The hoodie was more than perfect the quality is absolutely brilliant, the service from the beginning was 100% all the questions I asked were answered within a few hours, on opening my package it made me very emotional and overwhelmed.

Ordered 29th May, it's now 3rd November and I still have not had my order fulfilled. I have contacted them constantly for months with sporadic response. All I want is my £108 back that they have effectively stolen! Their customer service team has apparently asked Irwan the owner if they can refund me, and yet he hasn't had the time in the last two weeks to even look at the request. For a company building a reputation on love for their customers, this has been shocking. Trading Standards are involved and has advised to allow another 10 days to resolve before I can apply for compensation due to the sheer volume of effort I have had to put in, over a span of 5 months, just to get a simple response. All I'm asking right now is a refund of the money I paid out!!

Beautiful piece of handcrafted work. So much attention to detail in the packing of the item. The jumper is great quality too. Bought for my children's childminder as they move on to school and a new chapter of their life. She absolutely adores the jumper! I will be purchasing again. Thank you

5 days delivery is always great especially when you order last week because you didn't know what to get lol. And the hoodie itself is absolutely wonderful because it's one of the most comfortable hoodies I've ever worn. And I wear alot of them. Over all a great product 👍

I haven't made an order so am not a fully-fledged customer, but that's because I was ghosted by the company so the order never proceeded. At times, the communication was great - fast and helpful. They seemed happy to take my order, which was just 1 item. But other aspects of communication were really poor - my initial enquiry via the website was never received (or received, but no reply), I waited a week then tried IG and that worked from there; the invoice link didn't work and they offered to email one but that didn't arrive, I followed-up once, no reply. In the middle, we had some back and forth about the design and comms was fast and helpful, but now I've been ghosted and without the invoice, its all stalled. Its been 6 weeks since I sent my first message and 2 weeks since I last heard from them, so I'm moving on

I haven’t loved a company as much as MomentsMade in a long time.
Irwin was so kind and helpful, quick to reply and send the personalised t shirt.
I made a late Father’s Day order and it arrived on time and matched the submitted photo accurately. Love they’re a local business trying to make people’s lives a bit easier and happier, even in a small way.

Love the product, the service and their cause. Can’t recommend them enough.
