I haven’t loved a company as much as MomentsMade in a long time.
Irwin was so kind and helpful, quick to reply and send the personalised t shirt.
I made a late Father’s Day order and it arrived on time and matched the submitted photo accurately. Love they’re a local business trying to make people’s lives a bit easier and happier, even in a small way.

Love the product, the service and their cause. Can’t recommend them enough.

Love the personalised t shirt which was hand drawn from a photo I submitted and I was really pleased with the result. Also received a personal video message from the founder the the company which was a nice touch and feels great to support such a lovely independent company.

My son sent a photo of My very loved dog Dusty which was imprinted on a sweatshirt.Was such a lovely memory sweatshirt top notch . Her name on the sleeve with red hearts . Heartbroken but the best gift.

I left this review on their website but they've hidden it, so I've gone from a two star rating to one.

I was excited to order a customised t-shirt as a gift, but unfortunately, the experience has been a little disappointing. I knew you didn't get to see or approve the customisation before it’s printed, which other embroidery companies do allow, but thought I would trust the process. The outline on my t-shirt didn’t turn out as well and missed some key details from the photo that badly portray the person I'm gifting it to. Sadly, they told me there’s no option to make changes either unless I buy another one, so I’m now stuck with quite an expensive t-shirt that I’m not sure the gift recipient will like. The quality of the t-shirt itself is also not great — it feels quite thin, and the colour I ordered (navy) looks black in person, which wasn't what I was expecting.

Got quite emotional opening this gift for my mum! The embroidery of something so personal, like loved ones, is really special and unique. Momentsmade took the only photograph of my parents with all 7 of their grandchildren and turned it into a wearable sweater that I know my mum will treasure!

The website claimed it would arrive by Mother’s Day, it didn’t.
Also I paid £20 extra to have my sons writing embroidered on the sleeve, it’s appalling quality. You can’t read what it says and it’s all coming away from the jumper.
I have emailed twice and yet to get back to me. Yet I’ve received multiple emails to review my product. I would appreciate someone getting back in touch with me.
Such a shame, we’ve had a couple of jumpers from here before and loved them. Very disappointed in this one. Don’t know what’s gone wrong.

I was happy with the product but the delivery was late. i got a notification on Wednesday saying the order was dispatched but i didn't get delivery until the following Monday, despite the 48 hour delivery service paid for, the day after mothers day. I was unable to get a response when trying to contact people to get an update

The most incredible gift I’ve ever purchased. I ordered a gold pendant for my grandmother with a photo of her 3 children, one of which we sadly lost recently and I know how much it hurts my grandmother but this one photo is so special to her and to now have that image on a wearable beautiful gold pendant is truly incredible. What an incredible business momentsmade is, enabling the creation of gifts that are truly breathtakingly special. My grandmother will be overjoyed as will others who see the gift at her birthday. Thank you for such a unique gift.

I ordered a jumper for my boyfriend after his dog passed away with a photo of him and his dog on the front and his dog’s paw print on the sleeve. We received the jumper today and just wow 🤩 the quality, the detail, the thought and care they put into this jumper is amazing! Irwan and his incredible team have made a sad moment into to such a special memory and I honestly can’t thank them enough! It was such a lovely surprise for my boyfriend

The customer service was also brilliant! Quick to respond, understood what you are asking for, so thoughtful and caring and made the process so much smoother. I can’t fault them one bit!

Absolutely appalling service. Ordered in time for a birthday present. received an email to say it had been posted but no tracking details. Multiple attempts to contact the company. 2 weeks later the email to say they have lost my picture but yet tell me my order has been posted. Asked for a refund but don't hold out much hope. Avoid at all costs!

Great service, I messaged with a photo to ensure it would be a good fit and they got back to me the next day. The quality is excellent and I loved that they added a printed photo of the image used also. Can’t wait to use again! Shipping did take a while but ordered far in advance so not a problem and expected as it’s a small business.
