Good, clear website, easy to navigate. Parcel was well packed. Excellent delivery and I was kept informed of progress. I checked Trustpilot for positive reviews about MowWithUs.
Bought this chainsaw on recommendation, for use on a
smallholding. Purchased as a birthday gift for husband, and not used yet.

I did not receive a VAT invoice despite emailing requesting one.

Super fast delivery. Haven't had chance to use the mower but as this is a replacement we know it will be fine.
Mower is brilliant and the hard grass box from the old mower fits it if we wish to use it. Sad that the batteries arent the same.

They have a good website and are extremely competitive with their prices. The only downfall was the aftersales communication from them. Order placed on the 24.01. free std delivery 3 to 5 days. Their "Thank you for placing your order online at MowWithUS" stated: "A VAT invoice will be emailed, along with the couriers tracking details upon despatch of your order". This notification was not received. Instead on day 5, I was contacted by DPD who advised that the product I had ordered was ready to be collected. Disappointed, if MowForUs are unable to honour their promise, they should not commit themselves to the statement they are making.

Fair pricing, speedy delver, kept informed, item was exactly as expected and arrived safely.

I purchased a Husqvarna battery chainsaw 31 11 24 everyone was helpful as it was a Christmas present for my son without his knowledge 😉 But I could afford the Li300 Battery as well so I purchased that on Wed it arrived Fri 😀 delivery so fast and the most affordable than any where else.Great company to buy from and will buy again A Big Thank U,my Son was surprised with his chainsaw ,and he does have all his certificates to use it as he works for the forestry, but it was one of those thing that one says to one self I will treat my self to a battery one( a he has a Husqvarna Petrol one as well but this is just handy but something else always gets in the way,so I treated him instead,he is amazed of the Power it has)

We initially had an issue with our delivery but within 24 hours Mow With Us has contacted us to rectify and help with the problem.

Fantastic, very easy only took a few days to have it delivered. Unfortunately the delivery people you use aren't that easy. Told me it would be delivered by 6pm on Wednesday. Thank god I never stayed in for it as it arrived Thursday morning !!

Company Iv dealt with in a long time

I've been using the echo chainsaw for two days now. Everything is good. I had reason to contact mow with us during the purchase. They were proficient in adjusting the order I got wrong. That's the difference between them and every other online store.
