Thank you for making us aware of where we have not lived up to expectations. We use all feedback to improve our services wherever possible.
Apologies we couldn’t help on this occasion, your order was due to come direct from the Stiga warehouse, but they have advised that this has gone onto back order in the last few days and so is no longer due until end of April/ beginning of May. Unfortunately, on this occasion we have been massively let down by Stiga as this was showing in stock when we put the order in with them.
Apologies again for the issue. We have now updated our stock availability for STIGA online. We hope we have the opportunity to increase our review score with you soon.
