Not my expextation when dealing with a debt company. Not only were both calls understanding and helpful Joe today took it a step further. Joe was not just understanding and sympathetic he made sure I would not further put my self in debt whilst already being in a complicated court matter. I thank Joe for going above standard customer service duties his patience, helpful and supportive took a dark cloud of debt to a simple plan going forward when it is easier to determine income. Joe is an asset to his team. Thank you. You are great 👍🏻

Absolutely useless and disgusting harassment from this company, I was contacted daily about a balance I owed which was £30 I had spoken to the company that I owed the money to and they’d accepted that I could pay in monthly instalments and I even cleared my balance. Drs are useless scamming harassment

I was phoned by HMRC this afternoon regarding some potential unpaid tax owed by my Company. The woman I spoke to was extremely efficient, polite and undogmatic in her approach. She was a pleasure to deal with.

The agents Joe and Paula were both very friendly helpful and professional.

Really helpfull understanding

Lady rang me she was extremely polite understanding didn’t pressure me asked if i was able to pay the rest of MY BILL I OWED and no pressure actually more concerned if i could actually afford to pay this week best thing i always say is just dont blank there calls. it may look similar to a universal credit number but its NOT just ANSWER it tell them WHY if u cant pay and tell them the TRUTH on why u haven’t paid may not do anything but at least u both know were u stand and its a great starting to point and its easier to tell truth because lies never add up truth will set u free

Not being funny I had someone ring me today asking for more money and then tryna scare with a different company on I’ve paid this dept off ages ago and I’m still getting calls if this carry’s n I’m gonna report this company because I’ve just came out of a coma like I don’t have better things to do with my life also was in on a few months ago too all yous do I harras people and pretend that your part of a dept team I had a a letter what came deffo looked like printed from home all I’m gonna say is don’t ever trust this company because they will just take more money off you and they will ring you saying you owe money when you don’t proper discusting need to sort it out you don’t think people have other bills to pay off before bills like rent is more important then anything so like I said need to get your act together otherwise this company will be shut down anytime soon seen the ration on it how many 5 stars and your expecting people to listen give me a break lol

A complete scam on behalf of Admiral Insurance.
The process is designed to ensure they extract maximum money for doing nothing.
No history of communication on their portal but that's the only way to communicate with them.
Authentication doesn't work.
If you've uploaded a document as evidence you can't see it's completed.
All designed to ensure a total lack of transparency.

My best advice is screen shot everything otherwise you'll pay money you don't owe.

These chancers really think they'll get a penny from me is so unbelievable I can't believe they waste there time and the environment sending letters is unacceptable, Asked them to make all email addresses and contact numbers uncontactable which they failed to do as it's only a legal requirement to supply a postal address for contact, Had to make a formal complaint about them contacting me via a method they have no privileges to and next contact it will be reported to the police as harassment whilst I await my complaint decision so I can then take it to the ombudsman, Anyone who pays these powerless puppies really need to be seen by a doctor I genuinely have great concerns for them, If anyone needs help getting these chancers off your back just go onto Google and search drs forums and they'll show you exactly how to do it and what to say, Soon as there in touch request a dsar,, Request proof of debt and request they make your email and phone number uncontactable it can't be removed but can be marked uncontactable the wording is very Important, if they breach the request make a formal complaint and them straight to the ombudsman when possible, Never discuss any alleged debt to this 3rd party that have zero powers and remember if your struggling get a debt relief order to stop these and others and have it legally written off in 12 months time, This applies to those with £50 or less spare a month I believe and genuinely struggling, Remember never call them and have everything in writing! And do you own research for your situation, Remember any 3rd party has zero powers these are the weakest dra known to man so if these get in touch just ignore them until they send it back,

As you can see from there response they also have an inability to read,I will only contact you to complain and take it to the ombudsman for my compensation as 3 times you've breached your lience agreement already

In my experience towards the conversation regarding the payment attempt made this morning, to offset a payment as required;
--Services from DRS was very helpful though it didn't go through but it was an excellent service delivery. Instructions were carefully given by the respondent advising to follow it up through the bank and call back in due time.
