Compassionate, helpful and took all the stress out.
I was contacted by them regarding a debt matter with HMRC, and I cannot praise them enough. They were very understanding and patient when I explained my medical situation and how it affected my ability to manage things.
Instead of pressure, they gave clear, honest advice and took the time to refer my case back to HMRC on my behalf. They kept me informed throughout and treated me with real respect.
If you’re dealing with debt and have health or personal issues making it harder, this is the team to speak to. Highly recommended.

They really don't have a clue!! To many chiefs and not enough Indians.

I was to phone tax office, to which they apologised and said they would make them aware. WELL LOW AND BEHOLD QUEST WHAT I GOT TODAY ANOTHER LETTER!! If this is to continue I will be taking it further. I have had to give one star when really it's no stars!!

Amazing customer service
Spoke to a lad called Jake today. He was fabulous.
He had a great sense of humour which I personally find a great quality in a person as I get awkward and rabbit on when I'm worrying about this situation

Utterly incompetent company
Utterly incompetent company! EE use this dreadful company to seek debt owed. After the debt has been fully paid off (and documentation uploaded to their portal to provide proof of payment)they continue to send harassing emails & letters for months afterwards! Absolutely abysmal service.
