Such an excellent service - my ‘dongle’ had (after 20 odd months of perfect use) fallen into the tank and I ran out of oil. Stuck at home in isolation with 2 kids as we had tested Positive for Covid, and unable to go anywhere while we waited the few days for an oil delivery, the team did everything in their power to get me an urgent delivery. It was a Sunday so no chance of a delivery however I had an emergency delivery of oil the next morning! Thank you BoilerJuice!!

Responded within a day of requesting. On arrival he was prompt, polite and clean in his working environment.

The search and booking process was short and simple, and I was able to pick a service provider based on a combination of cost and customer reviews. Almost immediately after, I got a call from my chosen service provider MAC Boiler Service confirming the booking and arranging a suitable date and time for the service. On the day of the service I got a text message letting me know the time I could expect the service engineer who then arrived promptly, was professional and courteous, did a thorough job of the boiler service itself, and left the place neat and tidy.. He further gave me tips on maintenance and on how to avoid problems and the need for call outs, which were gratefully received.
All in all, a great experience, and I will definitely be using MyBoilerService and MAC Boiler Services again.
