The Engineers initial response time was good with clear communication of the potential support time frame availability.
Good communication leading up to the visit.
The engineer was polite and friendly.
Excellent explanation of the diagnoses of the boiler and why he was taking that approach - Which was important to me.

Boiler fix
After leaving a message of interest in having our boiler serviced, I was contacted the following day by their office and arrangements made for a service to be carried out the following week.
The engineer arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable about our particular oil boiler. Before opening the casing he told me what to expect, despite the boiler only a couple of years old. Low and behold he was spot on.
To cut a long story short, arrangements were made to another appointment after obtaining the expensive replacement part and the boiler was fixed and serviced.
I will be be asking MyBoilerService to carry out the next service if the boiler makes it that far!

We had to phone because the engineer…
We had to phone because the engineer hadn't arrived. Ten minutes later we got a call to say he was on his way. He said that he only got the call to come to us a half hour ago. Anyway, we are happy with the service.

Professional and Polite.
The engineer turned up in excellent time and performed the service in a professional and expert manner. The engineer was very polite and explained what he was doing and any issues that were found. The price matched what was quoted also.
