I have been a NW customer for several years. Always the staff are available to sort any issues that crop up. Customer service is excellent and many other companies could take note. On line is fine of course but... Oh! And the wine choice is super!

Consistently excellent quality wines, from an array of dedicated and knowledgeable growers/winemakers, who take great pride in their craft. I sometimes give a bottle or two, to friends and relatives as presents on special occasions.
