No problems with NW - great selection and advice, swift delivery and any (rare) issues are quickly sorted. one of my three 100% trusted suppliers!

Apart from there being a huge range of wines at very good prices especially with angels discount , the advice and recommendations judging by your past shopping is great giving you confidence to try new wines that you probably wouldn’t have done . You get a free bottle each month and staff are always there to help . Delivery has always been reliable . Only negative ! I have occasional left a message asking a question with the reply being ‘we will get back to you , which hasn’t happened . However if you ring and speak to a person they are always more than helpful .

In terms of how they deal with the clients I can't fault them at all, overall a great experience. As quality of the wines, again, a great experience. Most of the times we love the wines and after few good years with them we really are a fan of Naked.

The only star missing is just because of yearly price increase. I know everything around us is more expensive, I understand that, but the bottles are becoming more and more expensive and I'm starting to look to competitors now.

I have enjoyed the majority of the wines I have received and when I haven’t fully enjoyed any particular one, the amount paid is refunded to my account. Not something you would get if you bought a wine anywhere else and didn’t enjoy it. During my time with Naked Wines there has been some delivery problems but the personnel have been aware and have apologised before I have even noticed. Excellent and helpful staff plus a nice way to purchase wine knowing someone has already checked it out. Plus you also know you are helping people fulfill their dreams to produce something of value to them and wine lovers. It has also been heart warming to be able to support people who have seen their dreams and life’s work go up in flames during recent weather events. I consider myself fortunate to be one of the ‘Naked Angels’.

I have always loved a nice wine but supermarkets were hit and miss until I stumbled across Naked about 10 years ago. Since then I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad bottle. Of course some are nicer than others but with so many wines and great stories from individual winemakers every order is an adventure. So excited that Christmas will come early when my Christmas case arrives shortly. Can’t wait!

Consistently great wines with real care for winemakers. They often do rescue deals, support projects feeding schoolchildren and promote talented new makers.

I have been a regular with Naked wines since May 2019 when I was gifted 6 bottles.
There are some great wines and I like their pricing strategy. I put £25 away each month to lessen the impact of an order.
A really good selection and I have my favourites that I choose regularly.
Would definitely recommend.
My only gripe, and I am a bit of a grumpy old man, is that i find the emails a little over familiar for my taste. But in the end, who cares if the wine is good?

I have been a NW customer for several years. Always the staff are available to sort any issues that crop up. Customer service is excellent and many other companies could take note. On line is fine of course but... Oh! And the wine choice is super!
