Couldn’t taste any flavour in the nicotine free. It tastes like cigarettes which isn’t nice when i gave up cigarettes over 8 years ago. Plus they only last for 15 puffs. And once you put in a tip it’s hard to get it out again to change it.

I ordered Neafs refills over 10 days ago. I still haven't received any updates on whether the order has even been shipped! Oh my God! It's the XXIst century! You buy something online and immediately get information when your order will arrive! I've sent them about five messages, both through their website and by email! No one has even responded! They're scamming people! Give me my money back!

I gave it one star, but it turned out the problem was with the Irish store, not the UK store. I received immediate help and a refund from Neafs UK! Excellent customer service. Unfortunately, customer service in Ireland is non-existent. Such a shame. Thank you so much, Richard, for your help!

I’m really impressed with NEAFS! The quality is excellent, the taste is smooth, and it’s a great alternative to traditional options. Delivery was fast and the whole experience has been very positive. Definitely recommend!

I have not received the teo pen , only the sticks , can’t talk to anyone about , tried to email not had anything back , disappointed in your service

Device not worth the cost. Tastes like taking a drag through a cool plastic straw that once had a used cigarette housed inside.

I smoked cigarettes for 43 years. Over the decades, I tried many alternatives to quit but none worked for me until Neafs!
It's been 2 (easy) years now and I have not touched a tobacco product at all.
My clothes and I no longer smell like an ashtray. I don't have that annoying cough and my fingers are skin coloured!
I tried all the different flavours and while some were not for me, I find the Menthol 1.5% Nicotine sticks the closest thing to smoking. They have literally changed my life.
I am not affiliated with Neafs in anyway whatsoever. I am just a Customer but I feel I must share the experience. Genuinely a super product (along with the Teo heater).
Regarding Neafs as a Company. They do exactly what they say. I place my order on their website and a few days later, my Neafs arrive.
So, great Company too!

For me the Neafs stick and Teo it’s the best for a few years now and if there is any issues they will sort out the best and fast way so definitely recommend .
