We’re very sorry to hear about your frustrating experience and completely understand your disappointment. We appreciate your honest feedback and take your concerns seriously regarding refund issues. Please contact us directly at support@nodbeauty.co.uk with your order details so we can resolve this promptly and make things right. Just as a heads up refunds can take 7 working days or more depending on your bank so if you are waiting on a refund this shouldn’t be much longer. We hope to help you soon!

We’re really sorry to hear how frustrating this experience has felt, especially as it was intended to be a birthday gift.

We’ve carefully reviewed this matter internally, including order dates, dispatch records and customer contact history. Unfortunately, we’ve been unable to locate an order matching the details described, and despite requesting further information to help us investigate (such as an order number or confirmation email), we haven’t received anything that allows us to trace this order in our system.

For clarity, our business was closed during part of the period referenced, meaning no orders were processed or dispatched at that time. We’ve also checked all surrounding orders, which were successfully delivered next working day as normal.

We genuinely want to help wherever possible and remain happy to look into this further if the requested information can be provided. Our support team is always available at support@nodbeauty.co.uk.

We are so sorry to hear this to make sure we have the correct details as this name doesn’t show in our systems could you respond back to the request for more information so we can help as soon as possible - we would never leave a customer without a refund however if an active claim is in process this can take time in accordance to our claims process.

Hi Richard,

Thank you for your update. We’d like to clarify the situation to ensure the information shown here is accurate for readers.

The refund was processed by us and has now been 4 working days since it left our system. Once a refund is completed on our side, it is handled by the payment provider and then the bank. While account credits are instant, refunds typically take 1–3 working days to clear from the merchant, followed by up to 5–7 working days to appear in a bank account, depending on individual bank processing times. A refund wasn’t requested two weeks ago but 6 working days ago which we instantly processed.

At this stage, the funds should appear shortly. Unfortunately, we don’t have control over bank processing timelines once a refund has left us.

If required, we can provide a refund reference/trace number so your bank can assist further as we do have these on file.

The order delay was due to a Royal Mail issue, and we acted on the refund request promptly. We remain available by email should any further assistance be needed we also have a business WhatsApp you can message and call us at any time.

A very small number of our gift boxes were affected by a packaging issue from our supplier. As soon as this was identified, we paused a handful of dispatches — including yours — to ensure no customer received a damaged or faulty box. We contacted you to explain the situation and confirmed your order would be resent in brand-new packaging.

We have replied to your emails several times within the last 24 hours, however there are only so many updates we can provide while our team is actively resolving the issue during business hours. Your replacement box is already being processed and will be shipped in our upgraded packaging to avoid any further issues.

As a small business, quality matters deeply to us, and we would never send out an item that isn’t perfect. We appreciate your patience while we resolved this unexpected supplier fault, and we’re confident you’ll be happy with the final product when it arrives.

We just want to gently reassure you that the order was refunded in full several months ago on our side. Sometimes refunds can appear on statements under the merchant processor rather than “NODBEAUTY,” which can understandably cause confusion. This is why we advised checking back over the bank statements for the relevant dates.

We would really like to help you get this fully sorted. If you can kindly send us a screenshot of your bank statement for that period (with all sensitive details hidden), our team will happily look into it again to make sure everything lines up correctly.
