I ordered my 3rd beauty box ( the large one ) as I couldn’t resist having medium and a small , and to say the best , completely breathtaking products, from Tom ford , CT, I cannot wait to use the eye products . The value and quality and packaging is divine, honestly if your thinking of ordering let this be a sign , forever great full and truly spoiled with the large mystery box, I’m about to order my fourth one xxx Amanda x

I normally don't write reviews like this but I'm sick dealing with this company and being fed excuses.

I placed an order months ago with this company via tiktok and had no issues, I was very happy with my order. On the 30th of August I bought their large mystery make up bundle at £125, and over a month later the only thing I've received is excuses as to why I don’t have it and promises that I can expect it.

I first contacted NodBeauty on the 4th of September via their Instagram page, I was told they’d tried to contact me to ask if I would prefer a blush or a highlighter palate ,despite the fact I couldn’t find this email I replied with my preference and was told the order would be shipped next day. I didn’t receive my order and contacted them again on Instagram a week later, they read my message and didn’t reply.

I then contacted them via their online contact form and promptly received a reply, this time I was told they’d been changing the website, and it had been causing issues but that i would receive my order in 1-2 days. It never came. Again, I contacted them 6 days later asking for an update on my shipping, at this point they had created a DPD tracking code but hadn’t given the order to the courier. I didn’t get a response.

I sent another email via their online contact form a week later and was told they’d just received my last email and would chase it up. Again, I had no response and had to email another 2 times, my second email i told them if it wasn’t sent that week that I’d be expecting a refund. I then got a response around 2 minutes later telling me the owner had been dealing with my order and had an emergency, so their office had been shut. I responded and said I was sorry to hear that and asked for a tracking number so i could chase it up with the courier myself, again I wasn’t answered, however I did receive a separate email from their company with a royal mail tracking code – surprisingly they never received my order.

3 days later i chase it up and receive no response, 3 days after that I email again asking for an update and receive no response, the next day i email again to say if my order isn't shipped that day I’d be expecting a refund. I get a reply from the owner telling me the girl that had been dealing with my order was now off sick and asked me to contact them via Whatsapp, so I do. I’m told my order will come on Friday October 3rd before 12pm, it hasn't arrived. I messaged asking for a tracking code and was told there had been a leak in their office and due to this she couldn’t give me a tracking code as they were sitting in their cars.

I placed this order 5 weeks ago and twice they’ve created tracking codes with couriers (DPD and Royal Mail) and both still say they’re waiting to receive my order. I’ve repeatedly been told my order has been shipped when it clearly hasn’t been and whenever I ask them directly for a tracking code I'm either ignored or given an excuse.

I’ve raised a dispute through my bank, I was holding out hope that my order would come as my order from months ago was so good, but to say I've been left frustrated and disappointed is an understatement.

I’m genuinely sorry to them if all these things have happened and I understand that things can go wrong and be out of your control, but after 5 weeks it's just ridiculous. I keep being told my order has been shipped but I’m £125 down and have absolutely nothing to show for it.

I ordered a mystery bag and had an email to say it had been dispatched but received no email. I emailed support who followed this up and a few days later I had tracking. My parcel is as described and really impressed with the products.

Delivery was super quick via Royal Mail, and Nodbeauty have such high-quality items! I decided to pick individual products instead of their beauty boxes this time, and was pleasantly surprised to receive a freebie I didn’t expect, their new branded eyebrow product. I’ve been using it ever since, and it’s completely replaced my Benefit eyebrow gel! It’s so precise and smooth to apply, making it easy to shape and fill my brows perfectly. I’ll definitely be ordering again and can’t wait to try their mystery beauty boxes next time! Xx

Terrible experience - ordered a gift over a week ago. Not dispatched, no contact whatsoever & no response to email requests for an update.

NodBeauty always delivers amazing quality items! I’ve ordered many times and have never had a single issue. Everything arrives just as expected—beautiful, high-quality, and packaged with care. The beauty boxes are amazing and definitely value for money! Special shout out to Nods herself and the team for always being so helpful with enquiries and going the extra mile. Their customer service is just as impressive as their products. Highly recommend!

First of all the customer support was on point, they get back to you if you need any help with anything. I ordered quite a few items and 2 mini mystery boxes and I was utterly surprised in the best way possible. I’ve had a few mystery boxes over the years and these ones topped it! It’s not your silly sample size items you get, you get really good decent sized quality brand items. I was that impressed that I’ve ordered the large mystery box. :)

Worst company to order from… Order took around 3 months to finally arrive and multiple emails back and forth of them saying they posted it but the order got lost but could never provided me with a tracking number. They only ended up posting my order when I had to threaten to go public with this issue after 3 months and finally they sent it. Not just that when they did post it they then said they don’t have all the items I ordered in stock and had to refund parts of the order. It was a nightmare from start to finish

I requested a beauty box tailored to my 14 year old sister for her birthday and wow!! Amazing she’s going to love it ! Packed live too so got to see! I also won a beauty bag 100% worth joining the lives

I’ve made several orders with this company always happy to help in emails and messages you send them the boxes are fantastic value for the money you buy them for you will not be disappointed if you order one

Ordered 2 mystery boxes at different price ranges and the products included and their actual value shocked me.

Items were packaged to protect the contents ideally.

Websites products range in prices and even include designer brands like Charlotte Tilbury & Tom Ford!…….

After long time waiting for solution lovely Holly helped me a lot and everything was resolved thank you!

Placed an order on the 7th June still not received!!! Had no correspondence. I emailed them and have also had no response looks like I won’t be receiving my products.
The business owner has now been in touch and the e mail had gone to junk very apologetic and will receive my items this week 😆sometimes it’s how the issue is rectified

Nodbeauty is my favourite place for beauty boxes! Not only are the products incredible, the variety is perfect! The company itself are incredible, if you have any issues their customer service is 10/10 and will keep you updated throughout everything. I would highly recommend them and I will forever keep buying from them.

I received the most amazing beauty bag from Nodbeauty. It was full of wonderful products that I am excited to use in the coming months. I can’t wait to try the sundae body whip. Thank you so much Nodbeauty for bringing such amazing products in beauty bags. I’m so happy.

I found this company on TikTok live, I ordered a few times, they had really great value for money beauty items and fun Beauty dashes, the only downside being delivery taking a couple of weeks with no tracking or updates. However my last experience was the worst.
This is my second attempt adding on, first was removed and the re- added, Just to clarify the last order was not resolved, after a string of emails with no resolution, I then had to to chargeback from bank.

I Ordered on the 16th April which was Wednesday before the bank holiday. Had to email them last week to be told it was ready to be collected on the 24th April by there courier. I understand theres been a bank holiday in that time and things can be delayed but over a week to pack an order and send an order. Which i have no tracking information 14 days later so have no idea where my order even is. I ordered from the site while there was a TikTok live happening the TT live orders where being packed and being sent off that day. So the site orders dont get priority it seems. Nod beauty does some lovely things at great prices but the service is slow delivery shouldn’t take over two
Weeks to get to a customer and then to have no tracking information is insane to me.
