Only recently started getting vinyl from this store but each time I’ve ordered, they have been packaged well and delivery was really fast. Looking forward to ordering from them again

These fellows are, to quote Tina Turner, simply the best. My deck was out of service and I had to play catch up on the LPs I'd bought in the past few months, one I bought from them last October had an issue and they still offered a replacement/refund option. Stellar.

£4.99 to post a cd from leeds to manchester.. really. At most it would be no more than £2..wont be buying again whilst postage too expensive.

Dont order from them if you live outside the UK. They will send you the wrong products then refuse to accept any returns.

First time I've bought from Norman's records. Found them after an online search for vinyl record stores. Wanted several LP's which I was not familiar with for my son and daughter-in-law. Help and communication from staff absolutely second to none and at this very busy time for them. Answered all my many queries quickly and without hesitation (and there were many queries from me!). Goods supplied quickly (even two they had to order in for me), arrived excellently packaged. Cannot thank them enough for all their help and will shop with them in the future without hesitation. I’ve been buying from Norman Records for almost 2 years now after a google search revealed that they had a rare find I was after, still at normal retail price too. Since then, it’s been my go to online record store and I have ordered about 35 records from them just this year. In all that time, across all those orders, not once has there been any kind of problem. I think once there was a record that the suppliers were not able to send but the communication was clear and apologetic, and the balance on my order was easily transferred to another record, or could have been refunded if I’d preferred. The £50 free shipping threshold is very acceptable and means you can get free shipping with purchasing only a few records, and the ability to have records on hold while you add to an order is effortless. As someone with a sales/retail background and now as a web developer for a retailer, I know it is not easy, especially in the current Covid situation, to achieve such excellent customer service throughout, so it really should be applauded. Give them a go and buy with confidence.

Fast and communicative. Ordered the same items with a large online recordstore owned by Universal Music midway through November (nearly a month ago), no items shipped still and they're dragging their feet about every aspect of it.

I've always had quick and efficient service from Norman Records, however recently made a pre-order by mistake (read: a late-night purchase I regret). I emailed them the next day, and the order was refunded almost immediately because it hadn't been processed yet. No quibble, no-nonsense, just fast and friendly service from a guy called Phil (cheers Phil!)

Promptly went and ordered two Tom Waits records from them. Will def buy more records from them in future.

I choose the store because of prices on records, shipping costs and shipping services. I've noticed that I had three (3) cancellations, all on pre-orders and on some ''rare'' releases. Unfortunately I missed all this releases. Except that no one ever contact before I decide to contact to see order progress.

Can't fault Norman Records I had a preorder which was delayed by months but came through in the end, perfect service and great comms if you have an issue.

Not happy waited for my preorder It finally shipped and when I received my vinyl, it clearly stated in the description it comes with a poster and it is also meant to come with photos with the credits on them. I didn’t have that come with mine, which is very odd because on YouTube it shows everything the vinyl is meant to come with...and I am very upset about it I have contacted them and have had no reply I am very upset

Ordered a record, it arrived when they said it would and wrapped well.

I had an issue with the record and their customer service was exemplary. I would highly recommend this company.
