On July 13 I requested to send a 6 month supply back which I was not ready for. Customer service was friendly, courteous and professional about helping me return the products.
I love the products and will continue to use.

Excellent company and product

First of all, Novos responds quickly to emails. If after business hours by the end of the next day and with information requested. Their customer service agents are always cordial. I do believe Core has made a visual difference in my hair and skin. My hair seems fuller and my skin fuller feeling. The inflammation points of osteoarthritis seem to be less painful when I wake up. I also appreciate the research and data articles that I receive regularly. I do believe that a healthy diet and Novos is making a difference for me!

Insightful Personalized Epigenetic Test Results and Great Staff

The comprehensive NOVOS Age Epigenetic test results are fascinating and insightful. If only this info was available 40 years ago so I could have started earlier on trying to slow the rate of aging. The NOVOS staff is responsive and friendly and answered all my questions quickly and in detail. The test instructions and process are easy to understand and execute too.

Deal with Novos and you will age much faster

They sent me an email for to say they were sending an order I did not ask for. I contacted them immediately to say NO, I do not want this order and have left the country and address where they were going to send it. It took 2 days for them to answer then said they were going to try and stop it. But no, they didn't. They charged my credit card and sent it anyway. I have no way of getting this order and they have taken a lot of money that I can't spare. Do not deal with this company. Their customer service is bad. They cause you to age much faster with the stress of dealing with them.
Their reply that I received an email 15 days prior is not true. I received no such email.

Life changing

I started taking Novo’s Boost & Core in October 2023. At that time I had Very low energy, brain fog. I gave myself three months to see the effects and by January. I felt amazing. I had more energy and could focus more.
When I think about not Having this in my life, it scares me because it helps so much. I am a caretaker to 2 handicapped sons and also my elderly father. When I research something, I make sure I research It thoroughly for everyone in my life.
I am very thankful to Novo’s For creating such a scientifically sound product.
I have also never had problems with their billing and any questions I have asked of their support have been answered in a timely manner.

Core for everyday energy

I have been using Novos Core for about 18 months and have experienced increased energy with no adverse side effects to report.
Customer service responses to my emails have been fast, friendly, and efficient.
I'm in for the long haul!

Novos Core & Boost

I have been using Novos Core & Boost for almost two years & have noticed a decrease in inflammation & memory improvement. I did not experience any adverse side affect. I gave it 4 stars for product, and minus 1 star for customer service. This is an area of improvement. Timely responses & access to a live person would solve this issue.

Novos Core

I have been using Novos Core for 2-1/2 years and am very happy that it has made a difference to how I feel and noticeably to my skin. Very helpful Customer Service department who bend over backwards to accommodate requests.

Yep, this is a shady company!

Yep, same thing happened to me. I registered my kit online and sent kit in and waited. They somehow said I didn’t register but later found my registration. Anna, the customer representative (via email) dragged the conversation out for weeks with questions that could of been answered from my original thorough email. Extremely poor customer service and I agree with other reviews that this is a shady company!! I’ve been waiting with no communication and will file a dispute with my credit card company today.

Poor customer service and correspondence.

This was the worst case of taking money from your bank account especially without prior notification to let the customer know in advance. The only way I became aware of it was when my bank notified me of a possible fraud. My attempt to contact NOVOS to stop the auto ship was unsuccessful. Three days later I finally received an email from NOVOS saying the shipment has been processed and they cannot stop it . I was told that if I wanted to return it would cost $25 for shipping and $60 in restocking fees?????? The package finally arrived 3 days later. At this point I am stuck with a product I don’t want and do not trust that I will ever receive even a portion of the price refund should I pay the outrageous return fees!
This company is a ripoff and I hope that someone will take legal action against them!

Sounded great and got on board but the…

Sounded great and got on board but the product tastes so nasty that I can’t make myself drink it even though I know I am tossing a c-note out the window and I’m a rather thrifty lady. I have been trying to cancel but crickets, so I am now believing the reviews that have complained of this. Makes me think, SAD, if u we’re reputable u would happily cancel unhapoy subscribers because u had an abundance of happy peeps.
