If I could give it zero stars
If I could give it zero stars, I would. Did the test, mailed it in, and then I couldn't register my sample. Emailed them that I couldn't register my sample.
After 5 weeks, I contacted them since I had not received my results for the test nor a response that they received it.
There's one customer service person and she's AWFUL.

The Customer service is a joke
The Customer service is a joke . While placing my order their web page froze up as a result it placed my order and changed me two times . I wrote therm right away still I got informed that the package was already under way . Then I got told I could return part of my order at my expense. Now a few day later after I asked for the address I got told that they do not take returns . We are talking 500 dollars worth of product that I can not use . They dont care about customer satisfaction. I ordered a lot of stuff from them in the past will never order with them again .
careful with trusting your money with this company
Company does not have a phone number - literally no phone number at all. They guide you to an email address for all issues. There seems to be one person answering these and they answer very sporadically. I never received my order (they processed the funds though from my bank account). Its been impossible to get anyone to respond to me in any meaningful way. I’m still waiting for a refund and there is no update on that. I was told it has to escalate to another team for a refund. Extremely frustrating process and terrible customer experience. I have tried getting in touch with them through social media - anything to get some type of response. You’ve been warned.

Find other solutions that don't kill your guts
Their website and customer service always say that 3% of the consumers will experience bloating/stomach issues. There were 4 of us of different ages, my mom, myself, my friend, and my sister bought them at the same time. ALL OF US experienced severe bloating constantly, even if we took NOVOS Core slowly after food as recommended. It's either the NOVOS team lying about the 3% chance or the 0.00081% chance that all 4 of us have stomach symptoms. I found this to be very untrustworthy for a health company. I did give them a chance and continued to consume over 6 months, and my weight increased by ~6-7 kgs without changes in diet or exercise. My guess is that NOVOS Core destroys your gut lining and microbiome, disrupting your metabolism. I've been off from NOVOS Core for a month now, and never felt better.

Not a high integrity company
This company automatically enrolled me in an annual subscription after I bought a one year supply and - without notice - a year later charged me $1,300 and sent a years supply of vitamins to a place i dont even live at anymore.
I notified them of the issue within 10 mins of receiving a potential fraud alert from my CC and they didn't respond until AFTER the product had already been shipped via UPS... and now want me to track down the package and to charge me a BS return shipping and restocking fee. Incredibly unscrupulous behavior. Avoid.
Solid Science
I have used NOVOS products for over a year now and am very impressed. Every time I circle back to their products, I'm reminded of why I chose them in the first place. Highly recommend for anyone interested in longevity and healthy aging.
I do hope they start shipping NOVOS Age to my country soon.
Untrustworthy company
To start with both the Novos core and Novos boost made me sick. This company does not stand behind its products and charges outrageous restocking and return shipping fees. They tried to say feeling sick was normal. The customer service leaves much to be desired. As well the Novos age results are absolutely incorrect! I believe they say your chronological clock is faster than your biological clock to get you to use their supplements. There are so many companies that do stand behind their supplements and other age tests that are not linked to having to buy supplements from them. There are many NMN supplements that offer long guarantees so that if it doesn't work or makes you feel sick you can return it for a full refund. Novos is a scam!

GI disaster
My husband and I started novo's, both products, a year and a half ago. He's a fan, still on it. I quit after several months. Instant unpleasant gut changes, then diarrhea, then killer cramps that sent me to the ER. Admitted to hospital w ischemic perforation in colon, possibly caused by a clot. They don't really know. Come to read novo's boost is sweetened with clot producing erythritol. This may have been correlation not causation, but I quit novos cold turkey and have had no problems since. Lucky are the folks who see only benefits. I wouldn't take it again if they paid me to.

I have been on their products for…
I have been on their products for around a year: Novos Core and Novos Boost. Great product definitely works! More energy, better skin, more mental clarity, and healthier. One issue, sometimes I get muscle cramps if I don't take a break with both products. Usually, I stop the Novos Core for a week, and no issues.
They have terrible customer service
They have terrible customer service. I never write reviews, but have never had a worse experience with how rigid and uncaring they are about if you like the product or it hurts you. They seem to care more about money than care.

Product did not preform
Product did not preform as advertised. Neither my wife or myself saw improvement using Novos products. That I could get over but there business practices are another thing, auto renewed me. Really pisses a guy off when the Product does now preform as advertised! Deceptive business practices! All around a bad experience.

No warning before the subscription…
No warning before the subscription renews and they charged me a $60 restocking fee. I contacted them immediately before they even shipped the order and they still wont process my cancellation request. Borderline criminal behavior from this company.

no refund offered for a product giving me adverse effects
I ordered a year's prescription, but really regret it. It tasted bad, and made me cough and I had cramp each time after taking it. When I raised this to the company, they told me it was "normal" to have cramps when introducing a new food supplement. This is utterly non-sense! I checked with my doctor, who said he didn't think such was a responsible statement. Also be aware this company doesn't offer refund to international purchase! Although the product was not fit for purpose with the several adverse effects I experienced, but they tried to get away with this by a "no return" policy. I am seeking legal help regarding this, but if you are not sure, better stay clear from such company.

Just WOW
Been taking Core for close to a year now, and I can't tell you how good I feel! I feel super energetic, no more foggy brain and I been getting so many compliments on my skin looking "fresh". There's so much science behind their products as well, seriously recommend them!

I started to really focus on my health during covid and changed my diet, exercise, everythingggg all to just improve my health and feel healthier. One of my friends who is super into health and wellness told me to look into longevity, so I went down that rabbit hole and I tried like 5 different longevity supplements before I found NOVOS and oh my godddd! I've been taking Core and Boost for a year and a half now and I swear I feel like I have more energy than ever. I used to get super sleepy in the afternoon, and someone told me it was a sugar crash from all the sugar I put in my morning coffee, but even when I cut that out of my diet I still got that mid afternoon drowsiness- but when I started novos I swear it went away. My hair feels sooo much softer too and I just overall feel so much more upbeat!! love this product and love all the articles they post!! makes me feel validated that all the changes I made to my diet, exercise, etc. etc. is actually making healthier :)
Horrible nausea
Horrible nausea, headache, and fatigue. Terrible reaction. I went from swimming laps and lifting yesterday to feeling absolutely horrible after I took first dose. Will be flushing $109 down the drain.
