I don't think these people deserve even a single star. It's been more than 10 days since I raised a return request, and nothing has been resolved yet. They keep making false promises that the pickup will be arranged within 24 hours, but I have no idea when their "24 hours" will actually end.

Every time I contact them, I get the same response with no action. This feels like a deliberate tactic to make customers forget about their return requests so they can keep the money. Very disappointing service and completely unprofessional behavior.

Be aware before purchasing from them.

had an extremely disappointing experience with Nykaa Fashion. I ordered a saree and raised a return request the very next day. However, no pickup agent ever visited, and I did not receive a single call regarding the return.
To my surprise, Nykaa cancelled my return request and falsely stated that the product had failed the quality check. This is completely unacceptable because no one even came to inspect or collect the product. I raised the return request again, and for the second time, the same thing happened—no pickup, no communication, and the return was cancelled with the exact same misleading reason.
This feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid honoring a valid return request. Customers should not have to struggle to exercise their return rights. The lack of transparency, poor customer service, and misleading cancellation reasons have completely destroyed my trust in Nykaa. I expected much better from a company of this size.
I would strongly advise customers to be cautious when purchasing from Nykaa Fashion if they may need to return an item. My experience has been frustrating, unfair, and highly disappointing.

I bought a swimsuit from Nykaa Fashion, of the brand AAREIN. The product doesn't match the picture and it's padded, which was not mentioned.
As it's not fitting, I asked for a replacement, not return my money. But they didn't. So disappointed.

This time i felt worst experience with nykaa fashion in delivery and return process request. So delayed and return automated cancellation many problems like this

I think even one star is too much for them. Pathetic customer service and return policy. Ordered nearly 4000rs dress for my sister's wedding n received wrong product. Upon raising issue got a reply " Sorry we can help u with this matter". Very disappointed

ZERO stars if I could. They are a big scam and fraud when it comes to returns. They are harassing me in picking up a Rs. 2000 dress with all Tags INTACT. Scheduled a return the very next day. First, pick up guy said scan code not matching. Then on following up with customer care I got a message saying send pictures with all tags. After I sent that NO RESPONSE. Pick up person was deliberately sent with wrong scan code so return could get canceled! Can you believe that?! Customer care number is never answered. NO EMAIL. Guys! There should be a campaign against Nykaa on social media. At this rate the company is sure to shut down.
GO WITH MYNTRA. SEAMLESS RETURNS. NO QUESTIONS ASKED. EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Faltu brands products....nykaa don't take responsibility of porr quality products....Do not shop from nykaa....Their products are fake brands

Damaged product. It's been 10 days I asked for return. Customer care is not attending calls. No chat is replied. Totally stucked my huge amount of cash.

Very bad customer service. The app doesn't allow to me to update the pickup address for my return. Upon contacting support, the address was still not updated and pickup agent keep visiting the old adress. I loose my money as the product doesn't even fit.

Mera product tha medical box jise meine purchase kiya nykka fashion se also paid order trust krke mangaya but inhone uska hook mens uska lock bekar bheja vo band nhi ho rha tha theek se thts why I return nd courier vala 3 days bad pick up lene aaya usko cll krte but vo pick nhi krta usko as it is inka medical box inko de diya oto bhi diya usko but deliver boy ne remark kiya ki product mila hi nhi wrong remark kiya is tarah ye log mere 600 somthing rs kha gae even meine supportnykka par complaint ki usi time jb vo lene aaya uske kuch time bad jb meine remark padha bas bolte h investigate chal rha Or kuch nhi hua in logon se trust krke paid order kiya... kya 600 rs khakar ye log bade ho gae naykka company bhut worst h koi bhi product na khride

I had to return a product because it didn't fit well, and I placed a return order and everyday they will set a new date with shit reasons and delay my return and will eventually force you to keep the product which doesn't fit you.
They should learn from Myntra

I am trying to return the order but no one is coming to pickup my order and when nykaa customer care calls me for this, they always say they are trying to fix this issue but again the same thing is happening and now I am not getting return option for my order

The most worst experience by nyka fashion and their deliveries. Fraudsters not delivering the product and then charging the amount for the sam. Its a request stop using this app as they are misleading their customers and extorting the money with fraudulent means. Also their customers services are also worst with no solutions.

Nykaa Fashion is a highly unreliable app. They are selling counterfeit products and making it impossible to process returns through constant delays. Their customer service is unprofessional and unresponsive. I am extremely disappointed with this experience."

Nykaa is no longer the company I once trusted and relied on for my order fulfillments. I am switching to another e-commerce as they are unable to deliver items nor provide genuine customer service.
People : Save yourself from the hassle, rather give an opportunity to others who could provide better service.
