I wish if 0 star was an option. I placed an order on 6 May and my order was supposed to come by 11 May but they are just delaying it. Now this pathetic customer care music and no one is picking up. Pathetic customer care service. I am going to takeoff on them if someone answers. Screw you Nykaa. I hope that one day Nykaa shuts down. Hate your waiting time and that shitty song you play.

Please don’t order from the Nykaa Fashion app. In my experience, they are misleading customers, especially the Gahan brand.

I ordered two kurta sets but received only one. I raised a complaint, but no action was taken. Now I’m planning to share this issue on LinkedIn and Instagram to make people aware.

If anyone else has faced a similar issue, please speak up and share your experience too. We should spread awareness so that others do not lose their hard-earned money. Money earned with effort should not simply disappear without accountability.

I bought few clothes from Nyka fashion. They delivered used and dirty clothes . Refund and Return are like major challenges. They don’t want to take it back or give the money back . They say quality issues when they themselves have delivered bad quality clothes .

Worst customer service and they will not pick up your return! BEWARE before ordering from this business.

I had ordered 2 Kenneth Cole reaction trolley bags from Nykaa fashion. They sent me an original bag along with a fake look alike one. I knew it was fake because I have the same model bought from the Kenneth Cole store.

When I tried to return the fake bag, Nykaa fashion assigned a courier pickup partner called Shadowfax. On the day of pickup I see that the pickup was marked as unsuccessfull. The courier partner had whatsapped me checking availability and I had mentioned I was available. There was no call to my phone number or an attempt to pick up the item. They just marked it as unsuccessfully.

I contacted Nykaa fashion customer support who assured me that a complaint was raised and they will pick it up in 24-48 hours. No one showed up in the next 2 days. This process of me calling Nykaa customer support and they raising an "internal complaint" did not work. They did not have a process to change the courier partner as well.

For shadowfax courier partner customer support, it just goes to a bot and you can't talk to a human. I would highly not recommend this business. They are scamming decent customers.

I have never had a more frustrating experience shopping online than with Nykaa Fashions. They have irresponsible senior management that does have the professional curtesy or care to call back customers when requested. I made one purchase and they made jump through hoops to get my parcel. Still haven’t received it. Most frustrating customer care, who have know clue what’s going on their own app. Slow response time on chat and call time. I would not recommend Nykaa fashion to anyone. They talk big but don’t care about customers sentiments or frustrations about the promised date of delivery. Their app differed with their delivery partners status on the time frame of delivery. Was stuck in one place and Nykaa assured me of timely delivery. Parcel delayed and yet to be delivered. Have not received any call. I have requested atleast 5 calls that I am aware of and not one has been received. Shows how professional the management is. To some extent the customer care agents are lot professional than their manager. Never shopping at Nykaa Fashion again. ❌ My experience has been a total nightmare. Between the differing delivery statuses and the "ghosting" from their senior management, it’s clear they don’t care about their customers.I’ve jumped through hoops for a parcel I still don't have. The worst company ever. Their customer care is pathetic. I ordered for two product (brand Gahan) from which both send where wrong size, wrong brand and a part of the product missing. The day it arrived I opted for the return that day itself. When I called the customer care they told me to email the response was pathetic very slow and now they are saying they have send the right product to me and it's not their fault. I am feeling cheated for sure. Worthless company do not fall into their sell traps.

Very disappointing experience. The support team was unhelpful and failed to resolve my issue despite spending an hour explaining it. I only received generic responses with no actual assistance. I would not recommend shopping on Nykaa Fashion

Pathetic shopping experience not once twice but thrice.. it’s high time learning to not to shop from other shopping platforms but Nykaa fashion .. what they have earned is a bad name for themselves for giving such a bad experience to its customers without any support.

Nykaa customer care is the worst ever!
They delay orders- they dont cancel shipments, they dont even refund your money or edit your address/mobile number.

Pathetic brand I order wonder chef from them. First thing they delayed my delivery and I didn't lneed the product when it reach me as it was a wedding gift for a friend and when I raise a concern and return within the same day they said they will come and pickup and refund my money. It's over a month now and they didn't pick up and refund my money and when try to call they never pick up and when you chat the same tjing again and again we have raise your refund and all that. Pathetic service. DO NOT BUY from them

A lot of brands which are fake and dnt provide you with the correct size or the correct image which is displayed . Beware of this site .

wrong order sent. Once return requested the whole order history deleted fradulently by nykaa fashion. In fact it is adidas product bought from nykaa fashion. Now nykaa fashion says it is adidas product and we can't help. Adidas says it is ordered from nykaa we can't help. Both nykaa fashion and adidas india are fraud. Never ever buy from nykaa.
I have filed a case against both fraud companies.

Did not provide an inner even though it was clearly advertised in the description and the images. When customer service was contacted, it was ridiculously slow and incompetent. Asked me to share the images 6 times before they actually responded. Despite asking for photos of absolutely everything, they refused to reimburse me in any way.

If you get the product, amazing. If you don't, their customer service is the most incompetent I have ever experienced.

In simple terms its a fraud company... Fraud at all levels ...dont spend your hard earned money on this....The customer care is the biggest jokers ...would have given -10 ratings

Your customer support is extremely poor. I just spoke to a representative named Vineet, and he spoke very unprofessionally. He did not provide any proper help. I have called 5 to 6 times, but I still have not received any proper response. Nykaa, you do not even deserve 1 star. Please improve your customer service. Call me and resolve my issue

I ordered 2 suits from nykaa fashion. I was supposed to get it by 10th February and one on the 11th February. I got one only on the 11th February. However ; still haven't received the other product which was to be arrived by 10th February and it's 13th February now. This was the first time I ordered it from nykaa and trust me I wouldn't suggest anybody to buy anything from nykaa fashion pathetic service. You can't even contact them and ask them about your product. Don't waste your money and time on this pathetic app nykaa fashion. Not going to recommend anybody. My money is still stuck and I have no where to go because I have a function at home. Nykaa has ruined my day.

I ordered 2 products from nykaa fashion and i received a completely wrong item. when checked with customer support, they keep disconnecting my customer calls and chats and was not giving any proofs that the correct item was dispatched. They are not genuine. I dint even ask for refund , since they are saying that the correct product was dispatched. I only asked them proof of that and they couldn't provide as they know that they messed up and sent wrong product. They clearly know that it's their fault and that's why not responding to my calls or chat request. Worst Experience

I received a fake product, but Nykaa customer service executive insisted that it had passed QC and was a genuine item. Despite my repeated requests to compare it with the original Plum Smokin’ Vanilla Body Mist, the CSE remained adamant and refused both a return and an exchange. It is already clear that the product delivered is not authentic, yet no support was provided.
