Service and customer experience had been really good. Now they've offloaded me to a rubbish company and done a poor job of the handover. Leaving me without home internet.

Octaplus is the best Internet provider I've used ( ever)
Customer service and any help I've needed has been first class, especially genvil who helped me get a free upgrade.
My Internet connection is super fast and I've had one price increase ( £2 ) in 2 years.
It's so refreshing to not have to leave to have to get new customer deals elsewhere because I know I can't get any better anywhere else

It's difficult to reach them out and to discuss your matters regarding the intetnet and the speed. Recently I renewed my broadband to higher speed and it's not working! Nobody has responded to my calls and to several emails that I have sent! All the providers are perfect only to grap the customer but the cusomer service is very poor.

One of the best internet service octaplus i have come over from virgin to octaplus price very good customer service brilliant and just upgraded from 900 MBPS £29 to 1200 MBPS for £29 quid brilliant love it

I’ve been with Octaplus for a few years now, and they have been pretty amazing. They keep me informed about what’s going on within the company, and what’s happening in the future. So far so good, customer service has been on hand to answer my questions. Genvil was helpful in setting up an earlier install date. We're looking forward to getting everything installed and set up. The customer service team has been helpful to this point.

There is no customer service.
There is no customer service.
Emailing support - ignored.
Phone support - you either can't get through or when you do, they tell you it will be fixed but it's actually ignored. Looks like they have added a call back facility which is hilarious - they called me back only to pass me to another dept which put me on hold.
Note, don't fall for their latest offer, they send out a cheap 2.5Gb router that's unfit for purpose. It's better to stick with the TP Link router they send for 1Gb connections or less.

Just renewed with Octoplus. As a retired senior citizen I not once had issues with my internet connection and received a deal that no other supplier could match. Siddhi has renewed my contact with a great and affordable deal.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Octaplus. Their customer service has always been professional, friendly, and efficient. They made everything easy to manage throughout my contract, and I truly appreciate how they recognized my loyalty by waiving my exit fees as a goodwill gesture. It’s rare to find a company that values its customers this much.
Highly recommend Octaplus for their transparency, reliability, and genuine care for customers!

Awful service
Awful the password is not working and nobody is capable pf resolving our issue. I have cancer and we need our internet for heating control and TV streaming I am very disappointed and disillusioned with Octaplus

I came to Octaplus from BT
I came to Octaplus from BT. I have to say these companies are miles apart. Im so happy I changed. Cheaper, more consistant speed, better signal on the router.
Even so I upgraded today, really good price, not only on the standard 2 year contract either.
Saddhi from onboarding has helped me, since my initial emails from Felix. 2 very good staff members. Quick to respond and sort out my issue seamlessly. A credit to you guys.
I gave them a try on a 12 month contract and I'll be staying for a lot longer. Cant say anything more.

I renewed my package a few months ago and as part of the renewal offer, there was a £50 Voucher as a thank you for renewing however, I contacted them to ask when this was provided and was advised 45 days. I would like to know when this would be paid.

Worst company I've ever used
I would never recommend this company in a million years.
First off they supply a router that isn't fit for purpose, it's barely able to hit half your rated speed over wifi, they get away with it because you can still get your full speed via ethernet cable.
I have had more down time with this company than I ever have from any other company.
Their customer service is awful too for example today I have yet another incident of no Internet, try to call their technical support number, I spent 1 hour 10 minutes on hold and still no one answered the phone, that is completely insane, never has it taken me anywhere near that long to get hold of an Internet service provider and I'm 40 years old and been with countless companies over the years.
Honestly I would steer clear of this company, find one that sees their customers are important. Can't wait till my contract is over in 2 months I'll be leaving as soon as I'm able to.

It's a dilemma
It's a dilemma. I've had a few outages in the past 3 months. I called Octaplus and got a call back. This is unusual as most companies never get back to you.
In this case all looked ok on my router but no internet. We went through a few things but nothing worked. I got a mail telling me everything should be ok but it still wasn't. However replying to the email and a quick call with no wait resolved the problem. Some sort of reset at their end.
So I don't know what the problem was which I would like to know. It could have been City Fibre.
So for cost and contact Octaplus are good. But there is a bit of a question on what the problem was and could it have been fixed quicker.

speeds were terrible
Installation was late, router arrived two days after the installation date, paid for 2100 mb download speed, was getting 73mb, customer support was not uk based, cancelled within the 14 day period
