One-Stop Appliance Repairs Limited Avis 

Allen came out to try to fix my washing machine but unfortunately it was not economic to repair it. I bought a new machine from Currys. The Currys delivery men would not take the new machine down the steps nor would they install it. I called Vicky, Allen's partner, who said that Allen would install the new machine, included in the original call out charge, and take the old machine away for £20. Allen and his assistant carefully manoevred the new machine down what are almost vertical spiral steps to the basement and within a few minutes my new machine was fitted and working and the old machine taken away. I cannot recommend One Stop too highly. Both Allen and Vicky are reliable, efficient and very pleasant people to deal with.

Allen responded to my call the same day and was able to repair my washing machine on the spot, while adhering to social distancing guidelines with courtesy and good humour. I was impressed by the service and would recommend to anyone needing emergency repairs at this difficult time.

I had my American style fridge freezer repaired. Allen and Vicky were a great team and lovely to deal with. Super speedy visit for diagnosis and quick return to repair with the ordered parts. Clear plan for social distancing visit. Very fair pricing too. Great company to deal with.

Our washing machine broke down so one of the engineers came to look at it. He advised that it was irreparable and we’d have to get a replacement. Obviously with Covid-19 that’s not as simple as usual but he ran through the options and said if we had a replacement delivered he would come back and install it plus remove the old one. There was no additional call out fee simply a small fee for recycling the old machine. A couple of days later they returned and installed the new machine. Throughout they observed social distancing but were still friendly and thoroughly professional. I honestly can’t fault the service whatsoever. Excellent and would not hesitate in recommending them or using them again.

Pleasent people to deal with, they are punctual, arrive on time and leave the area clean and tidy when they have finished. The fees are fair and adhere to the distancing rules which should put peoples mind at ease.

Needed someone to fix our Miele fridge and found One Stop. They were excellent, sensibly priced, prompt, efficient, nice people who did a first class job. Highly recommended, would certainly go to them again.

Everything seems to go wrong when you’re on a lockdown, our toilet flush broke at the very same time our shower started to leak, the plumber came to take a look that same day, (we opened the door and went in the kitchen for him to see for himself Without us being around him) he came back after getting what was needed to complete the job. Thank you for a fast, efficient service that was very reasonably priced. Won’t be using anyone else from now on.

Amazing service, I had a cooker that wasnt cooking! But thanks to them they fixed it at a surprisingly low price, will be going to them from now on.
