I found One Stop Appliance Repairs online and I have to say that I was very impressed with the service. There was a prompt call out to assess the problem, and the follow up was excellent. Unfortunately I didnt take the name of the person who did the repair but he was great. In the current environment of social distancing it was reassuring to see that this was taken seriously. I would definitely recommend!

We found One Stop Appliance Repairs & General Maintenance through a third party website and Vicky gave us a call the same day to book us an appointment, she was fantastic and booked us into their earliest appointment.
Allen turned up on the day, practising social distancing and started work straight off, he diagnosed the issue with the washing machine pretty much straight away and fixed it quickly as he had the part in the van. He was kind and polite and we chatted while he worked. Once he was done he cleaned up the area where he'd been working (I was impressed as I've not met a contractor or repairman who's done this before). He finished quickly, tested the machine and he was done. I was extremely impressed with Vicky (she's lovely) and Allen (knows his stuff) and will continue to use them and would 100% recommend to a friend. If you're looking for someone to fix your kitchen appliances (or Robo vacuums) then you've found the right company.

A very efficient and thorough service. The engineer was Covid aware and carried out the inspection ensuring we were safe. He had the part needed in the van so diagnosed the fault, replaced the part and checked all was well in a timely manner.

I had my American style fridge freezer repaired. Allen and Vicky were a great team.Vicky very helpful and advise was excellent, Allen was quick with diagnosis and repair with the ordered parts. Social distancing visit measures was excellent. Very fair pricing too. excellent company to deal with.
