Having waited for email support, I was honoured by WhatsApp phone call from Owner of OpenSmartTech in Asia who went through a full installation authorisation process with me step by step. He Could not have been more patient and helpful. Thank you

Very satisfied with my purchase from OpenSmartTech.
Found the company in the GoogleAds when searching to purchase a licence for Visio 2024 and at first was suspicious as the price was so reasonable. Checked reviews and there were enough to reassure me that the company was trustworthy, as well as the fact that I was able to check that they were approved suppliers via the Microsoft website, so I went ahead and purchased the download. It arrived within minutes with easy instructions.

Programme works perfectly, and I've paid £72 instead of the £339 from Microsoft!

The purchase was easy however getting first contact with tech support was a bit difficult but once connected with them the download was effected

After I purchased a software from your company (Visio - order No 66900) I needed some prod support help and the guy - Salbey (hopefully I spelled his name correctly) was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable and very helpful!
As I worked in the software company in the Prod Support team myself for years, I think the service provided was excellent!

The product is perfect and the customer service is incredibly responsive, seemingly 24 hour a day, as I am in Europe and I wrote early this morning and they replied to each email immediately, much sooner than I had expected!

I am supper happy about the support i recieved from OpenSmartTech. I contactesd the whatsapp line and it was so quick and effective. Respondent was supper patient and suported me thoughtout the downloading and installation process until I got it all right. I am really enjoying my MS Visio.

Abit complicated to do, but the support i recieved via whatsapp was outstanding. Couldnt of done it without their help

I have no words to express how much support I received to install windows 11 pro on my windows 11 home. Something very easy became almost impossible. Installed an app for my computer. I couldn’t work out why it wasn’t installing. So I used the WhatsApp number and the guy helped me all out with it not only helped me with what to do but because I was struggling with that. He shared my screen and installed it for me.

Ordered a download, accidentally got sent the wrong key. However this was resolved super quickly and had help to complete the download. Really helpful service. Thank you
